Other singers here in the Philippines attempted to sing this song. They made it higher sometimes, but my goodness Morissette is the only singer that can sing this song with an impressive range, and with the exact and perfect emotion that the song it all about. She should he heard internationally. The fullness of her tone is absolutely stunning.

I listened to this song the first time it came out on the wish bus over 5 years ago, I guess, and for a few occasions, every year listened to it. My partner noticed me smiling at my phone and at times saw me wiping a tear or two, earning me a whack every time, with her thinking I was crazy staring at another woman. And every time I showed her Morisette video explaining that her song was so perfectly executed, with words articulately pronounced, and the way she intensely expressed so much emotion with her storytelling, my partner and I ended up crazy in love on the couch. LOL. I just want my second favorite girl Mori to know that not only am I her most avid fan but she was the reason I'm happily married now. Love you, Mori! Personally, you're on my top list of the best singers ever! I wish you the best!

Aside from lots of kareoke, love and passion for music and singing, and the Legend pioneers (where aspirants got inspired), I think the reason why Philippines makes it the land or the country with lots of amazing singer is because of our National Anthem. Like even as kids, at the flag ceremony, we have to reach that freaking high notes and follow the military beat. So I guess, that made the conclusion.
