Beyoncé is getting to that age and experience enough to be a mentor/coach/ encourager etc. Something I always hoped Whitney would do on a show like American Idol or The Voice. Bey is still young but she can only go on and on and on entertaining the masses only so much. Beyoncé is getting to that age and experience enough to be a mentor/coach/ encourager etc. Something I always hoped Whitney would do on a show like American Idol or The Voice. Bey is still young but she can only go on and on and on entertaining the masses only so much. I think from late 40’s onwards her role should evolve beautifully as a coach mentor and let the next generation entertain the masses etc.

Ryan is great! She’s an alumni of the youth theatre program I’m in currently in Detroit. I got a chance to meet her and she’s wonderful. I’m grateful to know that she came out of the same program I’m in and it gives me hope to persevere as a young artist.
