Rishi Panini was born in Gandhar modern day (north west pakistan + north east Afghanistan)/ Swat valley region. He reformed vedic Sanskrit, Sanskrit is the language of Soul.
Big mistake: He does not founded Sanskrit. Sanskrit was manyyyyyy years before Panini.

Maharshi Panini ka time 6th Century BCE nahi 2500 BCE hai yani 4500 saal pehle.
Katantra ek sanskrit grammer hai jo ki 3500 pehle ki hai or Ashtyashayi toh Katantra se pehle ki hai wo bhi 1000 se 1500 saal pehle ki toh Panini ka date hai 4500 saal pehle.
Or Ashtyashayi se pehle bhi ek sanskrit grammer hai jo ki hai Nirukta jo ki Mahabharat se pehle ki hai ya kam se kam Panini se toh hai hi pehle ki.

Sanskrit used in Vedas is called Vedic Sanskrit. It's older version of sanskrit than we use today. After some time vedic sanskrit started changing which is why Panini perfected/standardized the language and called it "Sanskrit" ie perfected language. Classical sanskrit we use today is based on Panini's rules.
Actually he did not have a line of education on his palm so he took a sharp stone and made a line of education himself it is a moral story based on him

संस्कृत मात्र अध्ययन, अध्यापन और धर्म, इतिहास लेखन की भाषा प्रतीत होती है। सामान्य बोलचाल और राजकाज में प्राकृत या पाली भाषा स्तेमाल होती थी। प्राकृत से ही संस्कृत विकसित हुई और संस्कृत के शब्द अन्य भाषाओं में आए, लेकिन संस्कृत बोलचाल की भाषा नहीं बन पाई।

Paanini belongs to Thiruvotriyur Tamilnadu , Pathanjali is from rameshwaram, both of them wrote grammer for sanskrit, there are thousands of similar/ common words and grammer in Sanskrit and Tamil,
Valmiki who wrote Ramayan is from Thiruvaanmaiyur near Chennai, his jeevasamathi is still there.
Veda vyasar who gave Mahabaratha, Geetha,18 puraanas lived around Vyasar paadi and having jeeva samathi at Ramanathapuram.
Danvantri who gave Ayurveda lived in Chidambaram.
Yes south India played a major role to preserve our culture and tradition.

He can't even say the word 'Ashtaadhyayi' correctly (Ashta-adhyayi 'eight chapter treatise' it is in essence, not Asht-dhayi) , and calls 'Patanjali' as 'Pataanjali'! Adds that Mahabhashya is 'simpler version' of Panini's work... Huh?... Hello, have you even checked it? it's a critical commentary on more than just one grammarian, Sir. After enough errors till the mid point, at 11:06 he makes a World Record... 'Vedas divided in to Shruti and Smriti'???... Are you out of your mind, Sir? Shruti ('heard' / 'revealed') contains all the original Vedic text from Rishis (whether oral or later on written, from Samhitas to Upanishads), while Smritis ('remembered' / 'received') are human interpretations and records of what mortals learnt from Rishis (again, whether oral or written) to carry out Vedic instructions... It's not that Shruti is 'bol-bol ke..' and Smriti is 'written'. And then at 12:36 you really make a joke, beginning by "I am really sorry... Sorry sorry..." How can someone fumble in a recorded TH-cam video? You surely don't script your speeches. Please learn basics. Sir you really need to get your foundations corrected first! Please stop misinforming people. No one forced you to make this video. Meanwhile, I stopped after that joke!
