- Van Tour of our selfbuilt Tiny House. We have converted our Mercedes Benz 508 Firetruck from 1982 by ourselves in 10 weeks. We have been traveling the world for almost 3 years now and just started a new chapter, our #vanlife. Living the vanlife has always been a dream of us and now that we are there, we love it!

Your welcome! I love this Firetruck. The sound and smell of the engine are amazing, but we have sold it in order to convert the next one. Maybe in the future we will go for an oldtimer again.

Hoi Bas en Bianca. Wij zijn ook bezig met een ombouw en willen beginnen met ontdreunen en isoleren. In onze bus zit nog van die vette conservering. Had die van jullie dat ook en hoe hebben jullie dat verwijderd?
Hey Patrick. Ja volgens mij hadden we dat wel, maar het was niet meer vet. Het was wel geel uitgeslagen aan de binnenkant. Dus geen last gehad met plakken, maar goed verwijderen en dan met een ontvetter goed schoonmaken lijkt me het beste.
@@basbianca.vrolijkopreis een föhn, lappen en daarna afnemen met een ontvetter heeft uiteindelijk geholpen 😅 die van ons zat er echt vol mee. Positief voor de conservering maar nu even lastig.
Hiii I‘m here from Neuland Pioniere and I like your van very much! I wanted the exact same sink for my van, but I only find very expensive ones... it‘s ceramic, right? Could you maybe tell me where you bought that or what brand it is and what the size is? The size looks perfect, not too small like in a lot of vans.
By the way I‘m so impressed how fast you did the conversion, I‘m doing it for one year and not slightly finished 😭🙈

Hi Kat! We love Neuland Pionere channel! I have tried finding it in my e-mail box, but I remember we had a hard time finding the one. So I have used a different website then usual. It was a dutch website. Maybe this will help. Our sink is actually an bathroom sink. The dimentions are 42 x 42. We bought it for 49,- euros. It is ceramic.
We do love the way the sink looks and it is practical. But sometimes we wished we had a metal sink. Because plates and cups can't destroy the sink then.
