we’re neck-deep in the MCU version of the Twilight Zone classic “It’s a Good Life” and Wanda is little Anthony Fremont all grown up , and Wanda “can” send bad people to the cornfield ...
My theory is that yes, Wanda is the one who created this whole post-Endgame situation. But, with the previous two episodes showing the neighbors caught in this reality to the point where they were almost unable to break character in the face of danger (Shown in the dinner scene), it makes me think of several things. In this episode with Wanda's pregnancy, the neighbors have gained more freedom. It is also seen with "Geraldine" who breaks character just by hearing a squawk. My theory; Billy boy. Having the power of "chaos" from his mother, since he "appeared" he is intervening with the illusion of Wanda. Like the stork that Wanda is unable to remove. About who is inside Wanda's bubble. Obviously, Geraldine is a Sword agent looking to stop what is happening. But I think there are more people who came to the Wanda bubble to see what was happening there, getting trapped in Wanda's illusion. Illusion now weakened by the presence of another uncontrolled "Sorcerer". Billy. Among these people who came. I think we do have a Mephisto watching from the shadows. And after him came Agnes, a witch who tries to prevent the situation from getting out of hand. Now free? With the kids growing up with each episode, I think the illusion will deteriorate as Billy gets older. And with this, the faces of those who were attracted by Wanda's bubble will be shown more.
I only just realized this with this episode, but whenever something creepy happens in this show the way it's filmed and shot it reminds me of The Twilight Zone
I think the commercial in this episode is referencing how Wanda got her powers "Find the Goddess Within" possibly referring to her abilities that the mind stone activates?
I think the “bubble bath” refers to the bubble Wanda creates around Crossbones (a Hydra member) that leads to the deaths in the embassy in Civil War. Definitely a big trauma moment in her past, as shown in the Legends mini feature on her character.
@@Echidna23Gaming I have fallen behind on Shield so the reference is unknown to me. I was looking at direct movie examples of how the traumas in Wands life tied into the commercials. That being said, I think as we progress, the references will become clear... I hope.
I believe you're right. I did the math the other night and if the pattern holds, then the 8th episode will take place in the 2020's, or current day, with the 9th episode also probably being current day (after getting out of TV land).
So, small thing, but Herb (name?) is trying to cut through the wall because the space behind him is completely a painting. He's trapped between it and the wall, and he wants out.
The Hydra soak is a reference to agents of shield where Phil coulson made the statement that He doesn't use Hydra soaps cause the blue soap dissolves into you and makes you brainwashed and mind controlled.
When Vision asked Wanda where Geraldine went, I'm pretty sure I said out loud "She sent her to the cornfield." Definitely getting an Anthony feel at the end of this one.
Hey guys, really enjoying your reactions and takes on this show. Adam, I too am someone who could do a kamehameha at the drop of a hat but I’m also partial to a spirit bomb! This peach is glad you do what you do so well.

The Stork is the real Villain they will all have to fight in Avengers 7. I am so tense on waiting for the ball to drop though in this show.
I am stunned that anyone is not enjoying this series. And watching you all react to it is just like you're in my living room watching it with me. Wanda taking a sinister turn near the end is intriguing and I can't wait to see what happens next. Also, the costumers and set decoration folks need Emmy nods for nailing each of these decades so far. Fantastic!
Love love love these reactions! I've only been here since Mandalorian 2x08 (BEST. REACTION. EVER.) but I have since watched pretty much everything and keep coming back for repeats with WandaVision. You guys are the best! Did anyone else think of Pure Imagination when the voiceover for the commercial said "Come with me. Escape to a world all your own." Has anyone else noticed the Hexagon panels in every episode. When the first episode ended and it panned out to the person from sword monitoring the “show” it was in that shape. Same with the second episode, which is a shape bees use when constructing honeycombs and a bee keeper comes out of the sewer? Then in this episode the opening montage which reminds me of partridge family and Brady bunch, all the pictures and stills were in hexagon shapes. It definitely has meaning but what...?

Very nice script writing. The wriggling in of the Shakespeare quite 'all the world's a stage.......' ( another this isn't real clue) from the possible naming of the child made me smile.
I seriously was rolling on the floor laughing at this (and I finally subscribed after watching your Mando reactions). Anyway, I love this show - in part, I think BECAUSE it's not just cool people using their powers to fight the bad guys. That's fun too, but....we've seen it a bunch. I really enjoy this show for how it's playing with the different genres as well as for the more subtle mind-screw aspect. A few other things I've noticed - lots of hexagons are showing up. I noticed them in the previous episode too. I'm kind of proud of myself that I noticed the sword pendant well before Wanda did. I also wonder if Vision wanting to name the kid 'Billy' after Shakespeare and 'all the world is a stage' is also meant to be an allusion to something.
I love how they used the very well know technique of how they hide a actresses real life pregnancy in shows by having her wear big coats, stand in front of larger objects, or carry big purses. flower arrangements etc for Wanda to hide her pregnancy from Geraldine in this episode.
Waited all day for this! You guys definitely need to get to 100,000 subscribers, you are hilarious, and also really good at catching the details other channels miss or gloss over! I give this episode 10 out 10 Wanda Fractures Reality and we all cry...
The Hexagons that appear throughout Wandavision are also the symbol of A.I.M, Advanced Idea Mechanics, who are an offshoot of Hydra, they wear outfits that are similar to beekeepers.
"Watch it with those puns, Vision. I will end you." 😂😂😂 Thank you. I booed them when I watched it hahaha (but was incredibly accurate for the time, so I barely gave it a pass)
As you mentioned in the introduction regarding the commercials, my thought is the bubble she put around Crossbones (a member of Hydra) that lead to her causing the deaths in the embassy (another major trauma for her).
I think there's something else at play. First I think "Ralph" is Mephisto. I think Monica came in on the red helicopter. If Wanda is in full control why did she say "I'm not here to cause any trouble" at the ladies meeting? I think someone else is taking advantage of the situation. I think the intro is more Partridge Family than Brady Bunch... even the song.. google it!😊
I got to agree like probably Wanda wants to accept this "reality" while this other force grows to possibly use her as a weapon. And while Sword tries to figure out what is going on to Wanda. This show keeps getting better and better.
That helicopter was more than likely a drone. It’s too small for Monica to have arrived on. Your Ralph is Mephistopheles could be solid. I was thinking this is all Hydra trying to get Wanda to produce super powered offspring. Ralph could also be a Hydra leader.
this show gives me The Truman show vibe a lot, im waiting for Christof to reveal him self! I feel like the risk and all the creative work in this show is kind of what the did in Legion (what a show! btw) and is so amazingly good. I love that they are taking it slow so you can really enjoy every detail, and eventually connect the dots. highlight of this episode: the neighbour with the moustache saying "oh thank god" thanks peaches!
Notice that they were playing the Monkees' "Daydream Believer" in the scene at the end when Geraldine got kicked out of town. i guess the whole town of Westview is trapped in Wanda's "daydream".
In the comics Wanda & Visions twin sons are named Billy Kaplan and Tommy Shepherd aka Wiccan { Asgardian/Demiurge } and Speed, who have inherited Scarlet Witch's magical reality powers | has taken after Pedro/Quicksilver's power of speed. You might be wondering why Billy and Tommy have different last names, and why neither of those last names are Wanda’s. It’s because they’re actually the reincarnations of the Scarlet Witch and Vision’s dead twins, unknowingly raised by two different sets of completely normal birth parents.
The Hydra Soak is the soap that was used in Agents of SHEILD that erased memories. 🧼😉👍🏻 Great video, fellas!!! I love how off the rails it went! 🤣🤣🤣 Much love, Peaches 🍑🍑🍑💙💙💙
I don’t know if this will mean anything, but in the second episode Vision‘s magician alias is “Illusion“. Maybe this is a hint that Vision is indeed the whole time an illusion and was only created by Wanda to get her what she never got.
You know I love how marvel is going these routes, they used to make so much action that revolves around introducing and bringing characters together to fight thanos soon, and now they are going to the route which has the most freedom and fitting since they introduced characters that warp and go to different universe since they are capable of it, and Also spiderman too since he was often involved in multiverse plots a lot too. Also like marvel introducing new organizations other than the same ones from before that deal with the realities too like Loki in which deals with time
The theme music was similar to The Courtship of Eddie's Father: "People let me tell you 'bout my best friend!..." The show is similar to the Brady Bunch and Partridge Family.
Great vid guys, enjoyed it. Now for my theory, I think Geraldine character arc was a massive clue to what happened to Wanda, I think just like Geraldine, Wanda went to help the people in West View but instantly forgot who she was like Geraldine did. Then when Wanda remembers who she is but finds she has Vision back and doesn't want to lose him again, so she is preventing SWORD from freeing West View but maybe doesn't realize others in town are trapped as well. Clearly, Wanda is involved but not convinced she started it all.
Partridge Family. I watched this episode with my 60+ year old mom and when the credits started she immediately said the Partridge Family. Looks like the episode was a combination of that and the Brady Bunch.
I think the Hydra soak commercial slogan "Find the goddess within" was meant to be the cheeky part of that one, since later in the show(spoilers) Its revealed that the Scarlet witch isnt just wanda, but some kind of diety or prophesized being
Echoing the comments about it being the 70s. Also, something that no one else seems to have noticed yet, but the 'theme' song of this episode is VERY Partridge Family in musical construction. Listen for it especially at the end of the ep when they play it again
The Emmys better recognize the multi-level genius of this show. Starting with everyone’s acting, to production design, music.

The song is an homage to Partridhe tho
That helicopter was more than likely a drone. It’s too small for Monica to have arrived on. Your Ralph is Mephistopheles could be solid. I was thinking this is all Hydra trying to get Wanda to produce super powered offspring. Ralph could also be a Hydra leader.
Came for the Mandalorian, stayed for the MCU and chuckles!! Keep it up boys! 🤣👍
Oooh I just got it. So we know each episode's an homage to a classic sitcom, but the whole show's an homage to The Twilight Zone's "It's a Good Life".
One of the biggest drawbacks of the MCU is not enough character development because there was no time. Now we have time and people complain. :P
Hydra Soak was a thing said in Agents of Shield, Also the pregnancy with her quick pregnancy was speed and all the magic was wiccan.
Vision: I Think Something's Wrong Here
They were like Oh My God😬😬😬😬
Me: Wait Until The Final
Mark 15:00 or so. 😄 "Fuck-'N'-Go", one of the rejected names before they settled on, "Stop-'N'-Go"! 😅😅😅😅😅
Vision isn’t a Android, he’s a synthezoid, a synthetic man.
They should have put out this episode with the first two. This was the hook.
this show gives me The Truman show vibe a lot, im waiting for Christof to reveal him self!
I feel like the risk and all the creative work in this show is kind of what the did in Legion (what a show! btw) and is so amazingly good.
I love that they are taking it slow so you can really enjoy every detail, and eventually connect the dots.
highlight of this episode: the neighbour with the moustache saying "oh thank god"
thanks peaches!
Notice that they were playing the Monkees' "Daydream Believer" in the scene at the end when Geraldine got kicked out of town. i guess the whole town of Westview is trapped in Wanda's "daydream".
The doll that Vision used to practice diapering is called Kitty Karry-All and it was the doll that Cindy Brady had in The Brady Bunch.
Wanda terrified me a bit. She's starting to feel like a villain. This show makes me feel uneasy at times haha
same vibe🥶😭😍
@@weaponx2209 so well done!
She's starting to become a villian on her own series ☠️☠️
@@justinecatalan1017 I feel she's becoming the villain to set up what happens in Doc Strange 2 right?
In the comics Wanda & Visions twin sons are named Billy Kaplan and Tommy Shepherd aka Wiccan { Asgardian/Demiurge } and Speed, who have inherited Scarlet Witch's magical reality powers | has taken after Pedro/Quicksilver's power of speed.
You might be wondering why Billy and Tommy have different last names, and why neither of those last names are Wanda’s. It’s because they’re actually the reincarnations of the Scarlet Witch and Vision’s dead twins, unknowingly raised by two different sets of completely normal birth parents.
When they started the breathing exercises “hu hu he, hu hu he” I totally thought they were going to start into “We Will Rock You”.
I'm thinking "Photon" can enter and exit, causing the major disruptions, and even cleared her own head before "Wanda" kicked her out.
another nice reaction my friends, that Stork is so S tier xD
I'd like to think the Stork's name is Tony..... eh?
That intro is The Partridge Family with baby sprinkles of Brady Bunch.
The Hydra Soak is the soap that was used in Agents of SHEILD that erased memories. 🧼😉👍🏻
Great video, fellas!!! I love how off the rails it went! 🤣🤣🤣
Much love,
Peaches 🍑🍑🍑💙💙💙
There's going to be a lot of tears by the end of the series..Wanda more than likely the "bad guy" for Doc Strange 2.
Brady Bunch with some Partridge Family thrown in. Remember, they're channeling family sitcoms through the decades.
Also like marvel introducing new organizations other than the same ones from before that deal with the realities too like Loki in which deals with time
I think the "on the nose" part of that commercial was the "goddess" part. And yeah, the actors in this show are ACTING. So excellent.
Everyone i talked to thought Disney Plus glitched when they did that jumpcut lol
The theme music was similar to The Courtship of Eddie's Father: "People let me tell you 'bout my best friend!..." The show is similar to the Brady Bunch and Partridge Family.
yep i been waiting all day for this right there *rubs hands together* lets get our laugh, riff and rate on!
It seems that every episode is a different decade. Now we're in full color during the '70s 'Brady Bunch' show
"Yo like ask me to do a kamehameh."
"I know man...."
"Ask me....." 😂
-Siri, call Geraldine.
-Calling Monica Rambeau
I got a Luv's diaper ad during this video. gave me a good jump and laugh!
Hahahahaha! I mean, if I had control over what ads got played baby commercials would have been my choice. 🤣
That’s what I was saying to my family too.
I think the Hydra soak commercial slogan "Find the goddess within" was meant to be the cheeky part of that one, since later in the show(spoilers)
Its revealed that the Scarlet witch isnt just wanda, but some kind of diety or prophesized being
Echoing the comments about it being the 70s. Also, something that no one else seems to have noticed yet, but the 'theme' song of this episode is VERY Partridge Family in musical construction. Listen for it especially at the end of the ep when they play it again
I think you two are right about want is going on,great reaction as always,I loved it.
Fun fact. The Hydra Soap is a reference to Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D where Coulson brings up a conspiracy that HYDRA created mind-controlling soap,
Twins don’t always skip a generation. My mom and I are both twins
