If you want this as a tumblr post, please tell me and I’ll write it up for you. Part 2 will be out in the next few days. This video is like a podcast style video,. I wanted it to be more chill if that’s okay 💕 I wish you an amazing day take care🫶🏾
I have a legacy save but I’ve done over 25 generations since the game came out. I’ve tried starting a new save but I just can’t devote to them like I do to the family I’ve had since the start. 💙
Wow you’re so close to unlock ABC legacy once you reach 26 generations I believe 🥹! That’s so amazing! 25 that’s quarter of 100 and the whole “legendary legacy” notification 🤯 I love that you’re dedicated to them🥰🫶🏾
You got this! Keep at it and take your breaks when its necessary. The storytelling that can develop through legacy and exploring the game is so worth it. I wish you the best ♥
I was scrolling through the game's achievements one day and realized that there's an achievement for having 100 generations in a singe family so I decided to shoot for that. I don't reakon many folks have heard of that one, let alone accomplished it. It took me a looooong time to do it, mind you and I did three scenarios, and about five different legacy challenges while doing it but I managed to get it done. I was so excited that I put up the adult versions of gen 1 and get 100 onto the gallery. I'm now doing the Super Sim challenge which requires loyalty to one sim and not a family.
Omgggg you finished 100 legacy??!!!!! I would love to reach that level one day you did that!!! How many years did it take 🫣? Congratulations btw 🎉🎉🥳🥳🥳🥳🎊🎊
@@SashasSpace About two years. I was playing most of it on short lifespan because it's way quicker that way. Sims were always dying so quickly but the goal was to blast through generations so I didn't get too attached to most of them. Ember Blaze was the name of the founder though and she was iconic in my eyes.
Cheating can also actually help you make the game more interesting. For instance sometime I get bored if my Sims are super rich, so occasionally it's fun to imagine that they have bene fined or robbed, or some renovations on their house cost a lot more than the game says it did.
I have like 50+ saves, most of which are legacys.. I am doing a royal legacy challenge at the moment, but I don’t think I just want to stick to just that, don’t really enjoy it anyway, I’m going to make a normal legacy. This one is gonna be the one. I’m going to make my own save file for it, have a story for the founder, along with some family members of theirs. Also I’m gonna scrap being a full storyteller and not having aging on, it will be normal life span, I’ll place down buildings in the worlds I have, I am so motivated to do this. I am going to add families from the gallery into my world instead of npcs. THIS 👏 WILL 👏 BE 👏 THE 👏 ONE 👏‼️(I hope 🙂)
This is for me because I am the simmer that start new saves after 2-3 gens lollllll but omg I can't believe you completed the nightmare legacy!! it is a nightmare!!! I think I might finally retry UI cheats and challenge myself to play a full 10 gens. Thanks for all the tips Sashaa!
I managed to do 13 generations, and I'm damn proud of myself. I'm still playing with that family, but on a new save, because I felt like that save was starting to lag a bit to much. I don't think I'll ever play without the descendants of that family tbh
Oh that makes sense my legacy save had the weird infinite loading screen glitch, but thankfully it stopped 😭🫶🏾 I’m happy you enjoy that family so much🥰. Sound amazing to play for over 13 generations. I hope to get there one day 🫶🏾
I’m just beginning Gen 3 of my legacy, and i’ve never made it this far fr. I’m so proud. I do cheat a bit and i don’t always complete the challenge. But it’s fun.
I’ve just started a random-ish legacy and this video hit the spot!! I’ve decided to play on normal lifespan and roughly follow the “rules”. If I don’t quite complete everything, it’s fine 😂. I’m randomising traits, aspirations, careers, children and life events using the Plumbobber and random legacy roller. I’ve decided I’m not going to repeat careers or aspirations so I can explore all aspects of the game. Adding fun lots from the gallery is a MUST and UI cheats is my friend 😂 Thanks for this 😊
Yess Claire! I love that you’re trying new things to explore the game. I don’t think I’ve heard of plumbobber and random legacy roller. I’ve got to google and see. I’m considering to continue to get to 26 generations to get to the ABC legacy. Maybe this will help me to discover more aspects of the game🥰🫶🏾 You’re welcome Claire thank you for watching💕💕💕
Honestly, where are your subs? This was a very nice video, I watched it until the end. You have 300+ videos and only 2910 subscribers? I don't understand. Your voice is very soothing and it's nice to listen to you. I hope that the algorithm suggests you to more people like it did to me today! :)
I love legacy challenges. I have an immortal (non vampire) couple who has the unlock every single career aspiration while giving birth to only human children. The challenge was to complete every aspiration before allowing them to pass on. Took me 15 generations but it was worth it. Hella tombstones we’re on my lot tho 😂 I make up random challenges just bc ❤
The legacy challenge I am really into right now is called going solo! You have to complete every career and every aspiration in the game without competing any so one aspiration and career per generation. Your sim isn’t allowed To marry but must become the parent of one kid! I am loving it and I’m sure I’ll complete it!
Great tips Sasha! And I completely agree about giving some sims negative traits, I think people can get tired of their legacy so fast because they try to make every sim a fantastic, unflawed person and that's just not realistic lol! Also huge congratulations on hitting 2k subs!!!!!!!!🎉🎉🎉💓💓
Yesss the complexity in your story when sims have conflicting emotions when they have random traits and aspirations 🫣. You unlock a lot of great gameplay moments you never knew existed. So true 😫🔥🔥 Thank you so much sis!!!! 🥳🥳💕💕
One can go urn and tombstone hunting and create a graveyard in their backyard. Then, add the haunted challenge to the lot. Having a dozen ghosts come visiting you at night can be fun.
I have an occult challenge on my channel and oh my god this sounds perfect for my ghost sim 🤣! I want her to work on the paranormal skill too, so I’m gonna do this tysm 😂💕
@@SashasSpace By the way, there is an achievement for having a family of 8 playable ghosts. I managed to get it... And make them live in a house that should be perfect for those immaterial ghosts : No kitchen as, after all, dead don't eat. No sink, shower nor bath as they don't have any skin to get dirty. Then, who need beds for a family of dead peoples. A toilet ? Why, ghosts are not supposed to have a bladder. Strangely, they where quite miserable...😁😈

I really like to listen to this video because it inspires me to play myself. I already have a legacy (I’am on gen 3) and they have 4 kids and a dog and a cat they have recently moved to brindelton bay from coperdale!❤
Great ideas. I have done this in Sims 3. Love doing the legacy challenge. But my way. I even had a sim fall in love with a vampire. Family was devastated. Sim had to start a new life becoming a vampire and starting her own family.
Mine was a challenge, I just started off with a sim and played her life. Then I blinked and I was almost 5 gens in. I said that I have to continue. Now I’m on gen 8 😂
Thanks for this video! I just started a new legacy save and wanted some ideas to keep it going. One thing I love doing is using a cute presentation template on canva and blogging my sims lives as if they were doing a lil story of it , with screenshots etc
Same I started a new legacy and just released the first lp episode yesterday. It’s my first ever one, but my own video inspired me to officially start one for my channel. I love that for you! Do you post on social media? 🥹💕💕
I did this with science baby/aging with cake in 10 different household and achieved all the generation related achievements in like a day or two. I'm not sure if I can call this legit, but I didn't use cheats nor mods.
really loved the style of this video!!! appreciated all the tips and think this is great to help people get more involved in their gameplay! we can say whatever we want about TS4 but at the end of the day, we can do so much with making it our own!

Right now in my sims generation challenge. I am trying to do Abc kids. First child A name, second B name, third C name. It's not based on generation. It's based on generational wealth and skills just to be able to move out. Edit: I am on F right now (gen 3). With Z I am going to start the 100 baby challenge and name the kids numbers.
Update: Alabama vibes backfired heir (Gail)'s parents separated, and she died in a fire now Harry is living with his single mom (only connected via marriage to legacy family, but his dad is a creep so Harry is safer with mom). Sticking with the naming convention in the active houses though. Might marry a Goth.
I’m so happy you are feeling the mood to play again! Today, I have another legacy video coming out on my sims stories that could inspire you 🫶🏾 (it will be out in an hr and 10min) I have a map override by 20th century plumbob! That’s why my maps look different 💕
Im gonna get a laptop for my birthday n ill try to do a legacy challenge 😭 i had a laptop b4 but it broke anyway someone remind me please its next monthhh
I play on console and so if I want the game’s achievements I have to play with cheats disabled but it’s okay because I participated in the lottery found the family that won and pretended their teenage sim stole the lottery winnings and ran away to my sims household
Girl there is a gameplay way to get around pets dying at least for cats and dogs I’m not sure about other animals but also you can straight up turn off auto age played households

ive been playing the sims since 2017 and have only made it to 6 gens but im currently trying to get to 10 😅😅
You got this!
Thank you sooo much did the tips Sasha! I am definitely ready to try to complete some legacies! You’re a gem for this! I truly appreciate it 💛💛
Aww Neek sis you’re welcome 💕💕💕
I appreciate you and I’m cheering you on🥹🫶🏾🫶🏾
love our video! what map replacements art are you using?
It’s by 20th century plumbob and recently they released Chestnut Ridge! Here’s the link to patreon and I filtered it to map replacement for you! Thank you so much 🫶🏾💕

@@SashasSpace thank you! You are so sweet 💕
You’re welcome 🥹🫶🏾
Aww you are too kind 🩷
Right now in my sims generation challenge. I am trying to do Abc kids. First child A name, second B name, third C name. It's not based on generation. It's based on generational wealth and skills just to be able to move out.
Edit: I am on F right now (gen 3). With Z I am going to start the 100 baby challenge and name the kids numbers.
Also everyone is related so there are some Alabama vibes.
What an interesting challenge! All the best💕
This was the best. It was the oooh Chile for meeee💀💀💀😂😂
Aww thank you 🫶🏾😂😂😂💕
Loved the video ! Made me want to play again. Why is your oasis spring so different?
I’m so happy you are feeling the mood to play again! Today, I have another legacy video coming out on my sims stories that could inspire you 🫶🏾 (it will be out in an hr and 10min)
I have a map override by 20th century plumbob! That’s why my maps look different 💕
Im gonna get a laptop for my birthday n ill try to do a legacy challenge 😭 i had a laptop b4 but it broke anyway someone remind me please its next monthhh
That sounds fun! I’m currently playing Joy of life legacy 🥰
I play on console and so if I want the game’s achievements I have to play with cheats disabled but it’s okay because I participated in the lottery found the family that won and pretended their teenage sim stole the lottery winnings and ran away to my sims household
The map override is gorgeous. What mod is that?
Thank you! I love it the map override it’s by 20th century plumbob💕💕
The death of pets is why I don't play with pets haha! I get REALLY sad when they pass away
One of the things that makes the game more fun to me is cheating the needs I find it so boring to take care of there needs
The boat restaurant in oasis springs you have looks so interesting, did you build it yourself?
No, I got it from the gallery 💕
@ do you maybe know the uploaders user 🫣
@@suga5250 I don’t know. I downloaded it around 2021 🥹
I love your laugh sm

I used to watch my dad play the sims, and once, he had a 21 gen family…
also, it was all vampires
My sister plays with vampires! That’s so cool. She’s on gen3 💗
Girl there is a gameplay way to get around pets dying at least for cats and dogs I’m not sure about other animals but also you can straight up turn off auto age played households
Yeah, but the rules are to have aging on short life span for the generations to continue 😭💗
Not momma dee popping up 😂
LMAOOO she’s so funny 😂 🥰💕
Your video has expired me!! I’ve never even gotten my founder to die before 😭. Let me open my game rn
Yaaas you got this! Legacy gameplay tea is so good too 😫💕💕
I am curious! I am also ready to learn and become a legacy player. I have the attention span of a goldfish-bowl so we'll see!!!
You've got this ♥
