  • Discover how to use your full range of motion thanks to these powerful LEG DEXTERITY solo drills and improve your Grappling skills in the bottom position!
Leg dexterity is one of the most determining factors of skill when fighting from the bottom position on the ground, yet it is rarely taught explicitly, and certainly not in as much detail and structure as you will see in this video!
Plus, it's an amazing AB workout at the same time!
    Enjoy, and practice well!

    Questions for YOU!
    (1) Have you been able to do all these drills?
    (2) If you've had a chance to roll since, have you noticed an improvement in your ability to apply techniques thanks to these?
    Let us know!

Helicopter get-ups! How cool is that?? Love it! You already broke it down into a good two dozen movements leading up to the final movement, would be a really fun and easy to follow movement lesson if you would teach it (instead of quick demo it).

Thanks for the comment and suggestion, Feldenkrais. Will try to get that done later. We do integrate this and much more in our awesome Zoom classes (EffectiveMartialArts.com)!
Meantime, I suggest either taking notes and training later by yourself, or putting the video on pause while you figure out the movements.
      Hope this helps! 🙏

Patrick, thank you. I was getting into grappling before the breakout, this is really helpful. Nice to have some new mobility exercises for kicking and movement in general.

Just heard John Danaher say how important leg dexterity is for jiu jitsu. Went straight to here!

I know! That’s how I first discovered about it as well, and what got me started developping all these drills :)

Very challenging for a fat person. The sheer weight around the waist area adds to the load and gasses me out

Yes, supine position can be challenging if you're generously built around the waist. A healty diet with a small caloric deficit is the way to go! Hope this helps :)
