Mandurah Blue swimmer crabs: from estruary to plate

One of my favorite summer activities is crabbing. I prepare a floating crab basket, grab my crab scoop, and head out to hunt for blue swimmer crabs on a moonless night. These crabs make a delicious Singaporean rice dish with chili.
