I separate the stuff in sheer organza drawstring bags by type. Covid stuff, makeup stuff, cell phone stuff, etc. It's just so much easier to pick up if anything falls out...!

Bags in bags is the best way to organize the inner workings of a handbag! I’m also very pro having a pen in my handbag- even smaller bags when going out. That way you don’t have to touch the likely yucky and germy pens that servers/bar tenders give you for your check. I have a compact Tiffany and Co. pen that makes the jump from bag to bag. There’s a darling company called Pinch Provisions and they make a tiny zippered pouch full of personal care/emergency sorts of needs. They sell refill items as well. I highly recommend them! I absolutely love the idea of reusing the Brie container!
I totally agree about smaller compartments within your bag. Makes it quick and easy to switch handbags as well! Love how you used the cheese container. It really is lovely.

OH NO! It’s been about 2 years since Ive lusted after a handbag! That was an Italian bag from Furla & I bought it on a 40% off & it’s amazing. But, yours is gorgeous! I have never heard of that company. The price point is comfortable & realistic. It’s going on my birthday list!
I like to invest in good leather belts, too. The styles don’t change that much, and if I buy a basic one, like a 1.5 inch black leather, it lasts a lifetime. I like to have lots of colors because I don’t have a very-defined waist and matching the belt to the dress doesn’t emphasize that, but still gives shape. I added a khaki green and a white one to my wardrobe last year, they are great.
Gum chewing horrors, my great-grandma said a cow chewing a cud. When you said a horse that it reminded me of that lol 🤣😂. It's the reason I quit my gum habit. Great video. Love your content. I'm going to look into that bag company. I have the same asthma puffer too😉 💕🌷🙂
I always carry a beautiful scarve and apricot blush with me which I use on my eyes too. And a vanity bag from a plane has nice little handy things, so mostly I carry one with them too. And a small perfume holder😊

I might have one of each during regular days. "I like to use what I am carrying". My best friend carries entire city's supplies in her bag weighs about 20 lbs.

Myka...how much does your bag weigh? I used to carry a full bag like that for a day at the office, add a laptop and it gets heavy fast. These days I carry a washable canvas tote bag, keys, a compact wallet, phone, extra masks, hand sanitizer and foldable nylon bags for grocery shopping. BTW, how "elegant" is it to keep makeup in a cheese carton? While recycling is good, this is likely not an appropriate container for anything that might spill or melt and could leave a mess in your bag. A silicone Stasher bag might be a better alternative. Contains spills and allows you to see what's inside. That brie box might be better used as a mini sewing kit. Measuring tape, threads, and a needle pack. However, a truly elegant choice would be a leather zippered cosmetic bag embossed with your initials. Many vegan options exist, including a low cost clear plastic zippered case.

My sister always said to buy flat straps and not round because round rolls off your shoulder. Leaving a cab my round straps got caught in the door and the driver drove away with my purse. She also says make sure the material inside your purse is a different color than the outside of your purse. She prefers not to have a deep purse but shallow so you can get things fast and see what’s inside.
A+ organization but your handbag must weigh a ton! I have found the Samorga felt handbag insert to be immensely helpful, in addition to pouches, and I can transfer it from one handbag to another. I am concerned about that nailpolish however; were it loose in my bag, and not in a plastic pouch, it would no doubt leak at some point!
It does, but then again its less visible than LouisVuitton/Fendi/Gucci prints or logo as an exemple. We can spot these bags from afar & know exactly which brand it is. Most company will put their name on the handbag anyways🤷🏻♀️
I think it's discreet and elegant in its' branding. The bags you're thinking of, I believe, are obvious and garish in their logo or branding, that would be more undesirable I think. 😊
