Additional clips that I didn't post because they didn't quite fit. The Rider has an alien who looks incredibly feminine but is male. The Git has a character wearing a fishnet stocking on their hand. The Big Day has a fashion show that one could argue is a bit draggy. The Matchmaker has a gender bend. The Bot has a "face in painting" gag that doesn't fully fit as crossdressing. Lastly, My Fair Hatey has a heart costume.

I dream that there will be more material on dressing up and that it will appear more often and better - always. God, I so love men in everything stereotypically feminine and with the same character. And he always remains a MAN/AMAB to the end. Just the combination of that outfits and voice is amazing. Without drag, transgenderism, and without genders at all. It's just a man in a dress.
I myself am working on a project where almost all men wear everything stereotypically feminine, well, what is called in patriarchy - adaptive. When women have a choice in this regard - how to dress. At the same time, there is no gender socialization and stereotypes in the world, there is only fashion.
Not to self-promote here but you'll probably really enjoy the other content on my channel. I've been documenting examples in cartoons for a while now and have a lot more videos coming up.
