Just ordered one of these on ebay from you. I know you probably don't want to hear it but I'm going to modify it. I will cut the upper 3/4 of the face off and make it hinge at the lower hole, and secure it at top hole with a pin. This is all so I can lower the spare and lift the gate of my GMC Yukon.
Yes it will fit your 2" receiver. You'll want to measure the distance from your General Hitch pin hole to the back of your bed/bumper to make certain you get the correct length. We build 3 different ones.
They do. they make a short piggyback hitch that is dual.
