haha! At the fair one time, we were in line waiting for our pattern and my horse started prancing and wouldn't stand still! he would also try to eat his lead. Then when the judge was circling him, he followed her! UGH! stressful. but i worked with him for the halter class next and he was prefect! we got 2nd in it! but yer comment really cracked me up when i saw it! memories are the greatest! lol

I originally uploaded this video so my family who has never been able to see me show could see one of my proudest moments. This was my show mare Blaze N Covers, she only did pleasure before i bought her. She passed away earlier this year (8.13.10) from founder. She will always have a special place in my heart. It's shown pretty much the same way was western only a long trot instead of the little jogging and different attire. There aren't many other differences. Does that help?
I love QH showmanship, but Western Pleasure (Where they do the peanut roller thing with their head) is what is a disgrace. They make those horses look ridiculous because of stupid trends that they think will make them win, such as going waaaay too slow and doing the way too low head thing. Next time make sure that you don't get your disciplines messed up as Western Pleasure is no reflection on how showmanship is done in AQHA.
