The UN General Assembly (UNGA) is the main policy-making organ of the Organization. Comprising all Member States, it provides a unique forum for multilateral discussion of the full spectrum of international issues covered by the Charter of the United Nations. Each of the 193 Member States of the United Nations has an equal vote.
The United Nations is an international organization founded in 1945. Currently made up of 193 Member States, the UN and its work are guided by the purposes and principles contained in its founding Charter.
The UN has evolved over the years to keep pace with a rapidly changing world.
But one thing has stayed the same: it remains the one place on Earth where all the world’s nations can gather together, discuss common problems, and find shared solutions that benefit all of humanity.

@scottgleeson4905 The aggressor is the West, who fund and train organised gangs, and then pretend to be peace keepers to justify their presence and then keep these countries under subjugation.

Africa is in need of a Africa nations Council, a Africa security council and an African Northern, Central and Southern Military Force. All foreign armies to leave Africa. Arabic speaking North African tribes, Huasa and Swahili speaking central African tribes and Southern African English (Portuguese ) speaking tribes. African languages to be spoken and respected by its peoples. Africa must realise its potential. Africa (North) taught Europe its civilisation as Europe was living in the dark ages if it was not for thear. Arab Berbers of North Africa and Spain taught Europe many sciences, hygiene and cleanliness. Europe is indebted to Africa but instead Europe oppress and occupied African lands and looting Africa of its valuable resources and minerals. France, UK and other European tribes must come to Africa with flowers and love and not fireworks, firepower and fire to burn Africa. Africa is desert and jungle with beautiful weather and animals while Europe is cold and a garden as mentioned by an European diplomat(Borrell). Let Europeans stay in their garden and leaf the multicolored Africans stay in their jungle and enjoy and develop themselves with its rich variety of wildlife and mineral wealth and resources. Africa does not belong to the USA or Europe Africa belong to Africa and those who respect its peoples.

It is fairly incredible that he is trying to shift the blame for terrorist insurgents onto the French forces who were only in Mali to fight islamist extremist forces at the invitation of the Malian government.
There will always be a fool who believes this sloppy act of attempted deceit, but history will record that Mali's government, having failed to deliver peace and prosperity to its people for many decades after independence, is trying to scapegoat its former colonial ruler.

@@maamemyk9756 The 1944 treaty you are referring to is the basis of the CFA franc. It was executed before France released its colonies to independent rule. Both of those historical events are equally important. The criticisms of the CFA franc are widely known and common knowledge. I have no particular disagreement with them. Some economists will debate its merits and demerits. I leave that to them to argue over.
However, if you seriously believe that the CFA franc amounts to a contnuation of the actual empire after independence was won by African nations from France, then I must tell you that you have an incredibly simplistic view of history.
The fact remains that political autonomy has been in the hands of Mali's rulers for many decades. If they wish to discontinue the CFA franc, then there would be very little France could do about it. You don't seriously believe that monetary policy dictates that a government can't build schools, a health infrastructure, an industrial sector, establish a program to decrease tensions between the three ethnic groups in Mali, work on roads and clean water, or develop a long-term program of economic development, do you? If you really believe that the CFA is responsible for all those failure, then there is little I can do to help you understand the situation better.
