Hi I like a Denver omelette, or a Cali omelette with country potatoes and large ice cold 🍊 juice yummy
I always go to Chicken Fried Steak and eggs over easy and sausage gravy. Ask for extra gravy over the hash browns, or get a cup of green chile sauce to put on them. Also, I'd recommend a knife and fork for the eggs Benedict.
Crispy fried scrapple ( its a Pennsylvania Dutch thing) along with some pancakes! Close tie with sausage gravy and biscuits with a side if grits!

Country fried steak is so easy to make! Top or bottom round you tenderize then season its best to fry in a skillet cause you will use some of the oil for the gravy, but tenderize season then flour egg wash, then flour an fry on each sie for about 3 minutes or so there thin so dont take long, then pour oil mostly away keeping the dirtier oil from bottom and add flour make a roux, slightly cook for a few minutes then add milk or water and season to taste adding a good bit of pepper cause its the same as a white pepper gravy!

Sup Rockstar! I was there with family this past summer. I have to agree, the food is delicious and plentiful. It was my dad's b'day and the staff was gracious enough to treat him to waffles a la mode. The whole staff is great.

This breakfast place looks wonderful! So many delicious things available at one place! I'm like you regarding pancakes 100%! Lots of syrup and don't really seek them out, but if they are really good, could eat a whole stack of them!

Mr. Momma's is a breakfast/brunch staple when you visit LV. I've been taking my team there every year for the last 5 years since I saw the Triple D episode. You can't beat the price nor the quality and quantity of food.

By the way, have you ever tried "Banana Leaf Indonesian cuisine", at 5835 Temple City Blvd? If you haven't, then you should!😋The place is small, but they have very authentic Indonesian cuisine.
I like their nasi goreng, soto Jakarta (coconut soup), gado2 (salad), and sambal. Everything is good.🍛
There is very little breakfast food that isn’t good 😊. I usually get some sweet and savory. Like pancakes with sausage.
