- The 8th and final test bow has arrived for our 2024 Hunting Bow Shootout - the Prime RVX 34.
The Prime REVEX won last year's shootout, so I was excited to get the new RVX 34 in my hands.
In this video, I go over the set up of the bow, talk tuning, take a deep dive into the draw cycle, and finally test it for speed.
Thank you to Canada Archery Online for letting me record the video at your shop. www.canadaarch...
The adjustable letoff adjustments on the Core was a perfect upgrade
I own every major bow companies 2024 high end bow and this one is a dream to shoot. Thanks Lucas for all the work you do.
Lol you wish you own every high end bow of 2024
Great bow but I'm hoping prime makes a cam like Hoyt, elite, Bowtech ECT.
They had one in the inline series.. so it’s odd they went away from it.
Why not buy a Hoyt, Elite…etc?
Too expensive. I think prime is a little more affordable. I will keep my elite answer and my old Alpine Ventura bow
Imagine the Core Cam with 3 different adjustable mods like the new Hoyts!
I really liked Athens cams, too bad they closed up
Athens for the win

I find it odd that these "premium" bow companies choose to bolt on a separate picatinny sight mount, whereas Bear machines it right into the riser, as it is on my Alaskan XT.
If it’s machined riser it cant be fixed if damaged and can’t be replaced.
Hoyt machines it now as well on their aluminum bows
Hey Lucas lo e your review....podium archer had the same results! Nowhere near 340fps
Kinda like the LIFT 🤪
Would the letoff being lowered all the way affect the speeds any?

Hi I am still shooting my prime centergy would this bow be a recommend upgrade?
Yes. I still have a Centergy too and the draw cycle on the Core cam bows is much improved. If you dont need the front sight mount or QAD mount, try out the cheaper Ronan too, or a used REV X.
Can the home bow mechanic buy the shim tool from prime?
If I knew the answer…I’d have one.
