For phd application you need MS completion letter by the time you can find out the supervisors.

Doing PhD without scholarship is not a good idea. it’s very costly. try other places where you can have fee waveoff atleast.

If it’s written on that website then it’s fine. Usually they ask for all educational documents but if the university don’t require then good.

@@ahsanrazabutt9797 check which university has the PhD you want then with the same uni there will be listing of professors. Check their email I’d and contact them. For scholarships there is no role of any consultant. Its just one application of PhD and scholarship not two different ones.

you can apply for PhD.. if you have research experience and publication then you have more chances for scholarships..
