People in your city don't read? Wow. In every other area of the US, when people are interested in buying something, they read about it. Have you ever been interested in buying something and got something in the mail and though, "Oh I hope there's not too much info about this." Of course not, instead you wish there was MORE info about what you're interested in buying. Of course they don't read all of the info...that's not the point. There's an old Advertising motto that says, "The more you tell, the more you sell." It's VERY true and I've proven that in almost every ad I've ran.
Realtors are not loyal to anyone company or person with my experience and are not to be relied upon. Don't hold your breath to get realtor referrals in my area. Been there done that !
Professional Carpet Cleaning We have dozens of Realtors that are loyal to our cleaning company. And they've been using us for 15+ years. It's all in how you market and service them.
@@johnbraun i seen it work both ways but lots "real estate" people are slum lords looking for cheapest guy but over a longer time frame i can see how you could find thje right ones.....

My method is simple just find what advertising works for you and wait. Calls will pour in. I gave up on realtors a long time ago.
