Have you looked at “travel sheets” or “sleeping bag liners”? Basically they’re like sleeping bags but made out of a thin sheet. I’ve used them inside my sleeping bag, and in 3rd world scary hotels. They come in all sorts of materials- silk, cotton, stretchy knit, etc. Lots of different brands make them. You could put each kid in one and then get them each their own blanket for if it was chillier.
Pottery barn has the “pb teen” line and the pucker up and rugby sleeping bags they are so cute and look more like a comforter and they come in several colors light weight for indoor sleepover use.
Not a sleeping bag exactly but you made me think of malongs (tube skirts common in SEA countries, resembles infinity scarves) which my family uses as blankets. Chances are, your RV will be heated or cooled accordingly anyway, and a malong helps trap body heat in (if you curl up in it) or keep you cool enough (because you have a choice not to go inside the tube and it is made with cotton). It is also really multi-purpose and not so bulky. I’ve raised my sons using them because, should they leave home someday and need mommy’s hug, the malong can just envelop them like my arms used to do. 🥰 Anyway, hope you find the right sleeping stuff for your own family.
Esther is an artist! Lovely job! As for stools, I bet you would, in fact, enjoy adding the additional stools on the frig side of the island. If I were you, I'd look for some that don't match exactly, but coordinate, and don't have backs (and therefore can slide all the way under the counter on that side, and out of the way of anyone working in the kitchen). 🌸🌸🌸
I have had my Eddie Bower sleeping bag forever and the inside material feels just like a sheet, not all plasticky and weird. And I got it for my 10th birthday and it’s lasted over 18 years at this point. So try them. And then maybe also LL Bean. The quality is way better than most.

Those ikea shoe organizers do work great for clothing storage! I use the Ikea TRONES in lieu of a dresser for my tops and pajamas. I roll everything and stand it up. Much easier to see everything and pick something out than drawers.

Chalk paint your shoe cabinet. Chalk paint covers everything. Beddy's bedding is great for RV's. It has a zipper on 3 sides and fits over the mattress.
If you go to Ikea again, get the app! You can put everything in a shopping list and it will tell you if it's available in your store as well as sort them in the right order you'll need to pick them up from the isles numbers etc, way easier than taking pictures of everything!

We have that day same bed from wayfair in white! I think it will be perfect for that space. Its great and I highly recommend it, but a few ideas/things to consider for you. First, this could just be our mattress but I find that there is a gap between the mattress and the back headboard making it a little harder to use as a comfy couch. You said you had big pillows so thats definitely helpful but just something to keep in mind...the more pillows the better!! Also my mom bought the trundle for my brother and I to stay at her apartment. I'm 5'7" and the top bed works great for me. My brother at 6'2" cant comfortably sleep on the top part, but he's fine on the trundle portion..not sure how tall your boys are. Also you may want to brainstorm some ways for the trundle not to roll around when you are driving? It seems secure when its pushed in but obviously I've never tested it in a RV. Also maybe try the zip up comforters for the kids? I have heard great things about beddys. It looks like they even have an RV section for the website. May be a little expensive though... Love your videos, excited for your new adventures!

In the UK there’s a brand called duvalay that do sleeping bags that are made of normal bedding material but roll up very small - not sure if they are available in the USA but worth a look!
We had 2 sleeping that my husband and I would zip together. I put 2 twin flat sheets together and sewn at the bottom, then i could place inside the sleeping bag, ( safty pin to the bottom corners to the inside) and could take it out and wash after each camp trip without getting the inside of the sleeping bag dirty
I made the cauliflower fried rice recipe you posted on Instragram. It was delicious and will be a new go to to bring to work from lunch. You should post more recipes especially your lighter ones that helped you lose weight.

Sleeping bag sheet inserts that zip up. Are used to keep sleeping bag clean. Then give each child a blanket but they still have their own space.

You can use sticky back plastic to add pops of colour in the shoe rack. Its inexpensive but also ready effective x

White with 9 kids, wow you are brave! Also, make your own rice cauliflower, so easy cheap and yummy. I didn't love Costco frozen cauliflower!

I dont know if they would be big enough for Pearl and Esther but Lands End had some really nice looking kids sleeping bags with pillows attached.
