Can I access all the hose to tighten the clamps underneath the airbox upon installation of the new hose? or is it required to remove as well the throttle body?
Yes you can access all the clamps tightening without having to remove the throttle body … you could remove the air-box to give you a little more room … the reason I did not remove it was because as you can see it was raining but had it not been raining I would had remove the air-box you will need a long extension

@@Mannyrzx6r reason I asked I ordered samco and the hose beneath the airbox is leaking. Now i don’t know how to tighten the clamps there.
I had the same issue when I did mines … it’s it the small one the it’s kinda shaped like a “U” cuz that the one I had a problem leaking and all I did was peel back a rubber mat the and I was able to see the clamp from there and just used a long extension just keep in mind when you might want to start with the clamp pointing toward you cuz as you tighten the clamp it moves away and in a tight stop like under the air box it could be hard to fit a socket or screw driver if you have a universal joint adapter it could help but at the most you would just need to remove the air box
@@Mannyrzx6r Yes you’re right the “U” shaped hose is the one the is leaking, because when I tried to find the source of the leak, the coolant leak builds up underneath the ‘oil filter’ that way when the bike is stand using the bike stand. you can see the coolant dripping on the left side of the bike. How did you fix yours?

Hi at 7:30 the pipe behind how was that as the pipe behind your GoPro battery died need to replace on mine due to pipe got damaged the one next to oil filter waiting the oem part to arrive will replace it any ripe or videos available please?
No video sorry … but you need to remove the tank to be able to remove the top hose clamp … there’s a rubber flap move that to the side and you can see the hose clamp you will need a long screw driver or one with a long extension to get to it as well

@@Mannyrzx6r thanks for replying much appreciated I was so worried as there is nothing available online how to do it but now got rough idea , is it easy to remove fuel tank also is there any other way I can get access to the top hose clamp? As I need to replace the oil filter as well, what do you advise if I remove the oil filter will there be enough space to remove that top clamp? Plz do let me know thank as don’t want to damage anything else while removing the tank , thanks again

At 9:15 in your video, those hoses on the right side of the bike are the ones I'm having issues with. I'm needing to get em tightened as they're minorly leaking (not necesarily replacing em like you are)
Any tips on what i need to take off to access those clamp connectors so i can tighten em down? I'm gonna remove my gas tank, side fairings tomorrow and see whats up. Any tips are welcome
Well you have the right idea the only way I was able to tightened the clamp was removing the tank and air box and remove the throttle body too in order to get access to them … because I had the same issue with the small hose on the right side

I need help with a video on installing a headlight assembly on my 2019 kawasaki ninja zx6r 636

They are different diameter
Inner 25.4mm (1in)x4 outter 31.7mm(1.25in)
Inner 11.8mm (0.45in)x2 outter 17.7mm(0.67in)
