hello, everyone, we are okingjoy, we are forged from high-quality Japanese steel, the handle is made of ebony, and packaged in a high-end handmade ash wood box, it is a high-quality Japanese kitchen knife。
I love the look and style of these knives, but I have some concerns. Your website says the handles are Pakka wood, which is an engineered wood. Which is it? The knives are often referred to as Japanese, but the steel listed, from my research is a Chinese version of vg10. Not can’t find anywhere on the website where the knives are actually made. Most of the videos I’ve seen are from fine TH-camrs, who aren’t really knife experts. So my concern is beyond lack of transparency; it seems that there may be some deceptive marketing.
I did not do a video of that actual steak cook. What type of steak videos would you be interested in? I’ve done a couple of dry aged videos and a Wagyu steak video. I’m always up for other ideas! Thanks for stopping by!
Beautiful knives
They really are a beautiful set of knives. Very happy with them. Thanks for checking it out!
That flat ended knife I’ve never seen anything like.
The Nakiri knife. Great for veggies. I have a couple already from other brands, this one is one of my favorites.

These knives are comfortable, sharp and very attractive as well. Looking forward to using these for a long time.

Hey do you have a video on that fried steak you made? I looked around first, but couldn't find anything on it.
