Thank u for sharing your Walgreens expertise. I tried to duplicate some of the same items today starting with getting some photos. I received the Spend $15 get $5. I purchased the Olay Melts, 2 H&S’s, and 3 Oral B Floss. I didn’t get any RR’s and NO birthday month RR. I told the cashier I was expecting several RR’s and she said nothing printed and the machine was working. (I saw a small green light flashing? Not sure what that meant) She proceeded to tell that when I use a coupon like the one I used (Spend $15 get $5) that it will not print additional coupons. I don’t appreciate conflict but I did say it’s never worked like that. I called CS of course they told me to contact Catalina of which I did. I’m missing $13 in RR’s and the Birthday month booster. I’ll wait and see😢, but it looks like I need to take a break from Walgreen’s. Maybe the BD month boosters are no longer. Anyone know? And the blinking green light?

I’ve been eyeing the Olay melts for months as well! Would like to try but haven’t seen any of the P&G rewards printing last week or this week at the store I frequent. Everything else printed as expected. I haven’t asked because they would probably just say ‘it’s an online deal only’. So strange! Feel as though I’m missing out!
I specifically asked about their Catalina. They said it worked but it didn't... nor did my wags point record. No transaction recorded even though I have a receipt 😢
I didn't get any cash rewards ,I use the spend 50 get 10 and a booster for 7for spending 35 got nothing not even showing on my account, I called Walgreens say it's a glitch in system trying to fix it I have to wait 5 days
Not sure if true, but the leadership at my wags said now the store is tracking the boosters to the specific account it prints from. So they are instructed to destroy the ones of people who don’t take theirs. At another wags, the guy at the register took it to the extreme and breaks all the boosters the print. That’s how I lost the 5WC that prints w the photo.
@@RunningKimono the cashier is special needs. He is very set in his ways and the line was getting long. Not worth the effort. That’s not my usual store, although is the closest to me.

Call the customer service helpline and get the rewards added to your account.

what is the $5 P&G RR for? Do you have to purchase $20 or $25 P&G Products?

sadly no. for items that are in the ad/tagged at your store, yes you can., but not PG rr

I have different accounts but when I try the free photo it says i already used it and it's on a different account.
You have to use a different device along with a different account I ordered 1 photo on my phone and the other on my iPad
