The problem with the "women's single story" will be changed by interviews like this. Different women speaking about their passions and knowledge. Tired of always seeing the "same women" represented in the media. Really loved this.

Cant you imagine a world where all bosses were like hear. What a healthier happier society l bet sick days and back ache would reduce significantly. A boss respecting and valuing their employers is just as important as the salary
