Banana Bread Recipe
1 Whole Egg
1/2 cup Melted Butter
1 1/2 cup AP Flour
3/4 cup Sugar (half brown/half white)
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 Cup Milk
1 tbsp Vanilla
2-3 Over Ripe Bananas
pinch of salt
Brown Sugar Glaze/ Frosting-
3/4 Cup Powdered Sugar
Tbsp Cream Cheese
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Milk

Pro home cook tip, i use a fork to mash my bananas before adding them to the mix. I literally mash them on a plate or chopping board with the fork, super easy 😊

I've been watching your videos since the very beginning when I was still in high school. You were so girly and your life was much different back then. I am currently in that "glam" stage that you were going through years ago especially that I am about to get married. But I definitely see myself simplifying my life and connecting more with the nature in the near future. Your life transition is inspiring and I'm so glad you're happy doing what you're doing!!
Aww. Thanks for sticking around for so long! It's been a journey, and life has many different seasons. Over the years I've grown to find a balance that works for me. I'm still girly and enjoy glam for date nights, concerts etc, and my own performances/gigs here in Nashville, but I do love to keep it simple and chill on most days. What an exciting chapter you're heading into. Enjoy the girly glam! It's so fun!

With the Nashville school shooting and severe weather threats week after week, I hope you and the family are staying safe. Well wishes here from WillCo TN! (I do have storm anxiety so I hope you're doing ok).
We're doing ok, but some days it's hard to process everything happening in our own world, and the greater world as a whole. It's all so much sometimes.. and yes, storm anxiety is real!! We used to worry about fires in CA, now storms here.
