This is hilarious haha! The punchline is only four words long but the set up is perfect, Karl Pilkington is a comedy genius he just needed Ricky and Steven to bring it out of him.

When reporting a casualty, fatality, or just death at all, and this applies to doctors/hospitals as well, you can't say the vague things you'd say to like a family member such as, "they moved on," (people could see it as more of a relocation) or, "they aren't with us anymore," (for the same reason as before).
