OH! This is SO great! Love it! Happy to be back in the saddle with your drawing/painting and speaking a lovely lesson!
Holy smokes the episode I never thought I’d see 🥵😍🙏😭
This is one of my favorite artists, it was unexpected, thank you! There is also ARYZ, he is also very cool, I recommend it 🎉
I'm completely in awe of Sainer's work, and I love the warmth you were able to pull from such an intense palette! I love your channel so much because it gives me the same feeling as being part of a really good critique. Thank you for making these wonderful videos, they keep me from getting too comfortable and stale in my work
I’ve been following SAINER for multiple years and love the work!!
Dear Dani and Nicolas, I just like to say I‘m incredibly happy to see edited videos again. Your thoughts on painting are sooooo appreciated ❤❤❤❤ . I couldn‘t join many of your livestreams because I couldn‘t get it in my schedule 😢 Love you guys 🎉
Rskrakau, happy to read you again!

#aguanteSainer #felicidad
Ohhh! Me encantó! Extrañaba mucho este formato. Gracias miles por su trabajo
fabulously informative and inspirational. just what I needed today; you never disappoint!
I love these sessions rather than talking to another person in the frame.. Ur hand and knowledgeable voice over.. Thats that is the best🎉❤
Two great artists in one video. Thank you Nicolas for the inspiration and sharing the process.
Thank you!!! Glad you enjoyed the video!
I haven’t been so excited to see a notification in SO long!!!! This is a great omen for this new year in painting
Oh god this unlocked a core memory. I love Sainer Etam's work. I remember seeing his blog during the blogspot days and was completely in awe of his murals

I recently purchased your book bundle and can barely comprehend how much magic is within those covers! My mind is blown, my heart is touched and a fire of inspiration has been fanned within my soul. Muchas Gracias ❤
Wow, thank you so much for your kind words!!!! We're so happy to know you enjoyed the books :)
I know Dani and I are a little biased but we love them too!! We put a lot of time and effort on them
I love the conciseness of the edited videos! Definitely prefer over the live ones.
This is really helpful for my own learning journey as well as enjoying your thoughts and work!
So happy you are back with these videos! Also, I love Sainer, incredible work.
Feliz 2024.
Gracias Mónica! Feliz 2024!!!
Happy to have this format back!
Beautiful painting and great talk 👌👍
so glad for new edited vieons!!!
such a great piece to return with! beautiful!
One of my favorite painters making a video about another one of my favorite painters. I’m so stoked thank you for making this
I love this format! I‘m still re-watching the older ones now and then to get some advice, learning about artists that I didn’t know before or simply watch Nicolas paint which is amazing even if I saw it a hundred times. You both are doing an incredible job and it is such an inspiration. Thank you! ❤
Mheora thank you so much for always supporting our work!!! We're happy to know you're enjoying the edited videos!!
Nicolas Uribe and Sainer Etam! Two of my absolute favor artists!
That's so kind! Thank you so much!
so happy to see edited timelapses again! I've been watching your shorts but I haven't been able to keep up with the real-time live videos
Really amazing what you can do with these 3 colors and white. Hope you're doing well.
Oohh ❤ yay, so great to have you back in this format! Thank you both!
Beautiful outcome and I enjoyed the journey there. I admire your determination to stretch yourself even when it feels so unsafe at times.
Thank you so much Camille!
Hehe we do love your grey little paintings too :) Love the sentiment behind these "learning" videos, really beautiful thoughts, thanks for sharing!
Great to have you back ❤
I missed this type of videos ❤
I just watched Sainer's interview with John Dalton a few days ago. I've loved his work for a while and luckily have a few of his books. It's great to watch you show how he can influence you in your own work. Awesome video as always ✨🎨✨
OKAYY LET'S GET STARTEEEEEDDDD!!
Grande Sergiiii!!!!

Happy to see these again too!

We'll miss the livestreams too but we're also so thrilled to come back to this edited video format!!
Thank you for sharing your knowledge. Your passion and years of study really come through in your presentation.
I've missed your videos so much! Welcome back you two!! And what a great start, with Sainer 🤩I was lucky to be able to see one of his murals in person in Helsinki, completely by chance! He's an incredible artist and so are you Nicolas 💥
Thank you Vivian! You're so kind!
And how cool to see a Mainers mural in real life!!
im so so happy that you are back with this format!!!
Love it! I'm a huge Sainer fan as well. Appreciated your reflections on his work and seeing how you integrated them into your own process. Looking forward to the next one.
Thank you Christina!!
Fantastic :)
oh yes these are baaack
Ive watched almost all of the edited videos on your channel. Some of them for a few times. I have to say that I’m really happy to see fresh 20 min videos again. Mainly because it’s really hard to find time to watch more during this times.
We hope to upload more of these videos every other week Mike!!
Hope you enjoy them as much as we enjoy making them :)
@@OurPaintedLives You were one of the reasons that pushed me to start studying fine arts at the age of 30. It wasn't an easy decision. I'm 33 today and studying painting is the best thing I've done for my self. Thank you for the inspiration as well as the incredibly precious knowledge I got through your videos. All the best from Athens, Greece.
Love it
Great video guys! I was lucky enough to get one of Sainer's sketchbook reproductions, and you reminded me that I should visit it again.
So cool Zoey! He is amazing!!!
Love it! 🙂
i was maybe too happy to see you had a new video out
Really like the accessibility of these videos.
This format is great!❤
Goodness I miss watching and participating with your live painting. It's been soo busy here that I haven't been able to take time to even paint. I miss it so.
Classic OPL edit
🙏🏾☺️👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
Awesome video are you guys still in Firenze?
Aaaaahhhh OPL y Sainer 😍😍😍
LETS GOOOO
👏👏👏👏👏
If you like Etam... you might like Ashley Wood. Etam is more deliberate & controlled.... while Wood is more bold & graphic.
omfg❤❤❤
Sigues haciendo directos .? Donde puedo verlos ¿
Hola Alejandro!
Are these oil paints? he seems to be able to layer easily and not have to use medium
Yes! It's oil paint on unprimed paper
Are your works in acrylic or oil?
Hi Yolanda! This is oil

I couldn't agree more @jody211. I always thoroughly enjoy listening to Dani and Nicolas talk about art and life, and the OPL community is just so gorgeous. Thank for the knowledge and Happy New Year🎉🎉🎉
