Love my fold 6. Enjoy typing on outer cover with Gboard. Enlarged keys just a tad and now it's perfect. This device is a joy to use when naked, referring to no case 😊 especially on outer cover when you you don't have the edges of the bumper case in your way for swipe gestures or moving the rewind bar to restart a video
That's why I'm not using the front of the cover, only the back. This way the Z Fold is still protected but I can use the display without restriction of the bumper on the edges 👌
As an S24 Ultra user - you video does the best job of making me jealous haha. I can't do without my S-Pen so no go for me at the moment. Additionally, itis soooooooo expensive but doesn't have a camera that is as good as the S24Ultra. When they finally add the S-pen to the body and give us a 5500mAh battery - I think I will have no choice regardless of price. The S24Ultra is going to be a great phone for the next 4-5 years. That is enough time for Samsung to make it untenable. Maybe by the time they get to the fold 7 or 8 they will start NOT producing the ultra and force me to upgrade to the fold. I have no problem with the screen fold or other things. I have a slight concern about the dust capability so I am watching that but it looks like an absolutely fantastic p[hone. I was in NY and my phone was invaluable - I can imagine how even more useful it would have been if I had a fold. Like I said - your excellent video was comprehensive and made me quite jealous. Not enough to get into yet but very, very close. Great job! Glad to be subscribed.
I think that the OnePlus Open is still a very strong competitor to Samsung’s ZF6. The minuscule improvements every year for such an exorbitant amount of money makes me to not even consider it. Apart from the AI aspect there’s nothing really new. I really love your videos dear, keep that unique perspective. Have a great day ❤🎉
Right and even if someone is desperate to stick with Samsung because they like one UI or they use a Samsung tablet and PC... I still think you're better off saving $1,200 bucks or whatever. I'm just getting a z fold 5 on the resale market.
Amazing review. Comprehensive and balanced. It reflected the class of the device. If we are content to play the Pro vs. Con game, then the Samsung loses its allure to other flashier handsents with better specs. However, when you hold the Z Fold 6 in your hands and use it regularly, you get it pretty quickly. This device is premium and made to show class, refinement and feels sturdy. The software experience too is top notch. I have used the OnePlus Open and it's a phenomenal device, but the Z Fold 6 beckoned me home. Again, amazing review. Thanks for using it like an actual person versus just a reviewer. 😊 we will be excited for more reviews to come.
Thanks, Jen. Great video. My son has one and it's really nice. I was very impressed by the build quality and improved handling feel. I won't buy one, but it's very good.
Great content which I find very informative thank you :) will you be reviewing the Honor Magic V3. Everyone is singing about bla bla. I am about to get the Z6 . Although almost everyone says outer screen is not wide enough, but coming from iPhone 15pro max, I think z6 being slim for one hand navigation is a compromise due to its size and weight. Will you be changing to the Magic V3
This is a great review! It is an amazing phone, but still just very minute improvements from previous iterations and definitely has more room for improvements. It is also possible to have a bigger battery capacity without compromising size and weight! I believe it's either the Honor Magic or Huawei folds that have over 5000mAh batteries with the size of a credit card. Samsung is coming up with a much slimmer device soon, but is getting rid of the s-pen as they claim the digitisation layer makes the phone thicker. Meanwhile the Honor Magic V2/3 can somehow fit s-pen digitisation compatible for front and inner screen AND made the phone just 9mm thick when folded. I hear the notetaking on the Honor is also a much more intuitive and seamless experience. Hardware wise, Samsung has a long way to go for sure.
I am a subscriber and really like your content it’s just relatable and easy to understand. I want to ask you a question. My goal is to get a smartphone that will serve me well for four years. I want excellent cameras, fluidity, stability, and batteries. Which would be a wise choice? My spending limit is $600-900. I've been using iPhones for the past seven years, so I'm a little afraid to convert to a Samsung or other Android phone. What recommendations would you make?
Brother buy Samsung Galaxy S24 ultra Having better AI compare to Apple intelligence still iphones doesn't having specific AI features in iphone 16 series compare Samsung S24 series. Samsung One UI is more customisation compare iphones. Iphone having still Primary customizations. Apple Always Apple behind the Samsung innovation & technology
I'm so in love with New York, I've been there for the second time and my biggest wish is to live there for at least one year. Never felt like this in another city.
Guess what, I have been contemplating trading in my Pixel 8 Pro for a Fold 6. This video is very timely. As always, amazing review. Would you recommend doing that?
I had the pleasure to use this phone for a few hours and i just couldn't convince myself to use a rectangular screen, i watch a lot of youtube and the huge black bars above and below were driving me crazy, i think i'm not the target for foldables. i think i'm just not as a power user to use 3 apps or more at the same time. Flip phones on the other hand are a great idea but this fragile screen than you can damage with your fingernail... For now i'll keep my s24 ultra, what a machine of a phone that is
Honestly, I've had the Z Fold3-6 and only my 3 and 4 broke. The 3 was no fault of my own; I just opened it like normal and it cracked down the middle. Claimed mechanical damage, and Samsung replaced it for free. It happened again a couple of months later with the replacement and did the same thing again and Samsung replaced it again for free under the warranty. The 4, it was totally my fault, but it was only $29 to fix it with Samsung Care+ (I'm in the US). 5 did well and I dropped it a lot and made it! I've already dropped my 6 from high levels on accident and it made it. I stopped using a case altogether halfway through using my 5 and haven't looked back since.
There are so many folds that blow this clunker away. In fact, even Samsung is coming out with a slimmer version. Someone is laughing and it isn't Fold 6 users.
@@techwithbenefits Actually spoken like a person that previously owned a Galaxy Z Fold 5 and currently owns the Honor Magic V3, The Vivo X Fold 3 Pro, the Xiaomi Mix Fold 3 and the One Plus Open. I think I know what I'm talking about.

Samsung should have long ago simply made an external screen with at least the same width as an iPhone X / 11 Pro, put better photo sensors, and put a battery 🔋 of at least 4700-5000mAh in its Folds, they refused to listen to their customers, and their customers punished them, the sales figures of Fold 6 are disastrous unlike the rest of the industry in the segment 🤷🏽♂️
basically everything you said can be done on a pixel 8a for $400... of course u don't get the larger inside screen but who cares. Most people aren't watching movies when they are out and if you're being honest that screen is much smaller than a real tablet say like iPad 10 or even iPad mini

Thank you so much! Yes the OnePlus Open and definitely the Honor Magic V3 that's just around the corner. Very curious how this will hold up
@@thegermantechgirl yes. I got my eyes on that one, especially the red color 🤗😍

Really intrigued to try this form factor. But the battery is a bit of a concern especially compared to my s24 ultra.
You truly understand the purpose of the Z Fold 6!
Great review
Thanks, I really do my best 😄🤗
1 really small thing i want with this phone is a car holder for the fold devices when it's open. so i have the big display for my navigation
Great video
I love my folde6
Great phone . But stills need a wider Home Screen ( when closed ) hard to message etc , open screen is wonderful
Yes definitely 👍
Love mine ❤❤❤

I love your videos & phone reviews plus recommendations also 😊👌🏻💯
Love to hear that 🤗
How is that case you got on the z-fold holding up for you is it a good case to have because I'm thinking about getting it for my new z-fold 6
You can remove the numbers row and stretch out the cover screen keyboard in its settings. It helps a lot.
S24u cameras would make me buy this
That would be awesome
Thanks, Jen. Great video.
