1-3 aren't working out for us. I walked into FedEx Ground working for a CSP realizing the motivation from peers is literally to be unsafe. A high percentage of drivers seem to only be motivated by getting done early, at the cost of being reckless. Taking a look around the facility, I've noticed even the drivers look unfit for jobs, especially behind a wheel. The culture in this place is extremely toxic, and the drivers are managed poorly. Contractors would rather pay off incidents instead of report them to FXG, essentially ignoring the fact that they happened and not coming up with solutions to prevent them. I'm convinced there is no changing safety culture, there is only starting fresh after a proper culture has been established.

Bothering of employees on the name of safety is not just an unsafe act
I can say argue with employee pay deduction , issue warning letters , these are not going to motivate.
