    Was very challenging during the class and something I took with me as a week point (needs to be worked on) afterwards. The mental programming of these lessons is something I work on in dry fire to this day (4 years after the class).

    Thank you I have trouble fighting that second sight picture myself and this will be a good start at correcting that!

    These two videos have been incredibly valuable for this aged steel challenge competitor: fast eyes and follow up with a fast lower body rotation. If you wave at a target with your arms you can miss a barn door. Ask me how I know.

      This entire series has been amazing. Since covid all the courses I used to take are now canceled cause of the lovely 'health crisis'. So I have been using this by myself on the range and some of it in my garage with dry fire practice

      10 yards - I believe these were 10 inch plates.

    How often should we practice these things? I'd like to get to the point all of this is subconscious, but I don't have time to go to the range every other day. I ask because this seems like something that I can't get the full feel for without live fire.
