These two videos have been incredibly valuable for this aged steel challenge competitor: fast eyes and follow up with a fast lower body rotation. If you wave at a target with your arms you can miss a barn door. Ask me how I know.
This entire series has been amazing. Since covid all the courses I used to take are now canceled cause of the lovely 'health crisis'. So I have been using this by myself on the range and some of it in my garage with dry fire practice
How often should we practice these things? I'd like to get to the point all of this is subconscious, but I don't have time to go to the range every other day. I ask because this seems like something that I can't get the full feel for without live fire.
