✨ Creating this animation was a blast! If you enjoyed it, let me know by giving it a thumbs-up 👍
What should Tux 🐧 do next? I’m thinking of new coding challenges-drop your suggestions! More Fourier magic, or something completely different? 💡

Exactly my reaction when it finally worked 😁

that's pretty amazing! I would love to see how you approached the code in a future video. It would be cool if it is easy enough for undergrad students to understand the concepts behind it and be creative with drawings.

Ok, got it:) You actually don’t really need to fully understand Fourier transforms in order to make the video. With some guidance it should be possible to make the animations even for the undergrad students.

I appreciate that you share your learning journey, your mindsets, the considerations, etc. that transparency is I think very valuable to others, and at least implicitly addresses that a learning journey is not just intellectual, but emotional as well. Thank you for sharing!

Thank you for your kind comment! You’ve put my intentions with this video very nicely into words.
A more technical and detailed tutorial can sure be valuable too, but it’s not something everyone would be interested in, I think. Hence I’ll make it as a separate video later for those who are interested.

@@juliaifrank I think both are valuable for different reasons. This video nively demonstrates what's possible, helping people formulate a vision of accomplishables (if that's a word). And a tutorial demonstrates how something's possible, helping people learn by doing. I can only speak for myself when I say, do what you like. I don't know how the YT algorithm or the minds of the general population of YT audiences work, haha. But I do love your content, thank you.
