    in order to eat fish properly i mean 'mancher jhol ' there are some steps which you need to follow as a beginner to relish the food perfectly.... i used to face problem too but since i am a Bengali so fish and rice is our staple food so it is cooked every day in our home... by time i learned it. you will learn it too.. loved your video. great work

      @@adityaaryan3883 I've tried it when I was in Delhi. It's kinda overrated, just like Havemore. Daryaganj, although expensive, has the tastiest and the most unique butter chicken. That restaurant was also found by Kundan Lal Jaggi, the originator of Butter Chicken.

Especially Chicken Masala and Mutton Galawati Kebabs from Dastarkhawn Hazratganj, Chicken Biryani from Wahid Biryani Gomti Nagar, and Mutton Band Ghost and white Butter Chicken from Mughal Zaika Aminabad.

    Bengali cuisine is very diverse. Not only fish but you can try a lots of things like chholar dal, dhokar dalna, kolkata biryani, bengali polao, kosha mangsho etc. Please try some of them next.

    Bengal's macher jhol is overrated, everyone should try the veg dishes as well,,, like shukto, mocha ghonto, paneer kofta❤ etc.

    If you want to enjoy fish without kata,then try bhetki mach or pomfret.. They have less bones than the usual ones

    Actually we have a lot of fishes in Bengali dishes. Some fishes have lots o kaata and some don't. And also for bigger fishes, side matters, some side have kaata or some don't. Next time you should try Bowal machh. It doesn't have kaata. And your pronouncing is so good but it's actually ROSOGOLLA. Not ROSOGOLA.

    Next time if you want to try Bengali cuisine, ditch fish curry. We have many other options to choose from, basanti polao, kolkata biryani, chicken kosha, Shukto, luchi-chholar dal/sada aloor torkari, echor chingri, motorsutir kochuri, lau chingri....
    I don't like fishes that much, hence , some recommendations from my side💜 love your effort 💜
