Great Video! Sorry for chiming in, I would love your initial thoughts. Have you researched - Riddleagan Possessing Piano Remedy (search on google)? It is a great one of a kind product for learning how to play the piano easily without the normal expense. Ive heard some interesting things about it and my friend Sam after a lifetime of fighting got astronomical success with it.

Hello new pianist💗😊. I'm an intermediate level pianist and I'd like to encourage you to keep practicing. Also, if you don't mind, I want to recommend a few things that'll help you a lot:
SCALES: Major and minor scales
CHORDS: Root chords, inverted chords, sus chords( sus for suspended), augmented chords, diminished chords, seventh chords, major and minor chords from the major and minor scales respectively. Best of luck 👍

Dude. Beginning piano player, (well-full 88 key weighted keyboard, "digital baby grand" (lol) from Yamaha, the YPG-635) and thanks to you and your format of teaching, this is the first song, the first ANYTHING PERIOD I learned on the piano after just a couple days practicing sporadically!!! I do have experience, particularly with drums having taken a couple years of lessons, but always struggled reading sheet music - I know, I know, I'm working on it! :p Unfortunately due to PTSD I have pretty gnarly anxiety problems and get depresso faster than I run on espresso; this makes learning instruments traditionally a daunting task for anyone, *especially* kids, people with low self confidence, people with ADD/ADHD, anyone with a toxic home environment, and those who struggle with self worth, give up easily, or are master procrastinators. It is my belief that the best relief if different for everyone. In my case, and in the case of anyone I previously listed, I strongly suggest first learning a section. of a song you like, or something like that; small, doable with enough practice, but cool enough of a tune to you, the player! that you. are EXCITED to nail it, or even just making progress. That positive feedback is soooo important, completing the task and. getting that reward of sweet sweet dopamine is going to make you infinitely better at learning what's at hand, as well as being more engaged, having a clear scope, and not being overwhelming.
In fact, storytime: I had an ex who sang and was asked to sing at her favorite cousins wedding. She knew my sister had a guitar and I played the drums, and she I guess "didn't want to sing to like, canned music 🙄💁🏽♀️" Her logical option was to ask me to play it! My dumbass was raised by women, and let my inner simp win. Fortunately, only 5 chords/notes. I learned those 5, the song, and practiced for 2 weeks til my fingers bled, including the entire trip there and all the way. leading up. ALL the way. Dress rehearsal we literally told bride and groom it wasn't ready to even show them, their choice if they wanna it. To my utter dismay they were like yeah totally chill bruther! :-)
Anyway. Day of, I'm dressed up, nervous as fuck, ditching the ceremony STILL PRACTICING OUT IN THE WOODS, scared shitless lol til my then gf came and said it's time. Went up to this grandiose ass stage (Look up Pretty Place, South Carolina. Some chapel. Maybe just named after the town, but yea, the towns called "Pretty Place". My ass flew from the west coast too. I get pussy just fine, it's the things I do for my idealized and likely nonexistent idea of love that makes me do this dumbass shit I guess) and....knocked it outta the park. One of the wilder moments of my life. Funniest part was hanging out with the bride (my ex's cousin) and her dad and whatnot outside of a fire at a cabin, buncha fireflies, awesome vibe. Dad goes "why don't you grab that geetar n play us some songs, young man?" and I just had to be like, yeaaah about that. I only know the one. I've never played before tonight. Everyone around the fire busts tf up laughing, especially the dad, smacking his leg w his cowboy hat n shit. One they were done he said something like, ohhh man... nah, for real! And I basically just said the same thing back lol.
Long story short ahahaha, shit is a great way to learn songs if traditional instrument classes/lesson plans don't work for you!!!! Find what best suits your learning style, just make sure you're not cutting any corners and are focused on learning the fundamentals before you start playing around with the fun & crazy stuff! It's no fun if you sound like shit day in and day out and can't even get a. single drop of tasty brain make happy juice from nailing a nice little riff.
Enough rambling. If you read this far, you're a savage, and please post a cheese emoji if you plan on replying. I hope my story about SC and the wedding doesn't change anybodys minds btw - do. not. move there. That fuckin trip suckered me into moving there for 3 years and getting trapped, first by abuse, faked blackmail, emotional terrorism, etc into a giga toxic relationship. But the south is SO UNBELIEVABLY shitty, I legitimately almost got arrested when I was *sprinting down the street away from my ex who was yanking at my backpack, ripping off random pieces off my $400 dolla mountaineering backpack while she's punching me at every opportunity in the back of the head while screaming at me to stop running like a little bitch...*

One goes "DAWNT DEW THAYT TEW HERRR" and some other dudes already got a phone to his ear like "YOU CAN'T DO THAT DUDE, COPS R COMING!" I can't *run for my fucking life while I'm being assaulted from behind?* Chick was insane as hell, I shit you not, but when that last guy said that, right as I turned around and was starting to tell smtn to defend myself, she absolutely screeches "I WAS ATTACKING HIM DUMBASS" then turns back and continues chasing lmfao. So at least she did that...she finally stopped chasing me when a cop DID drive down a road a block away, and she realized her abuse toy was gonna get taken away so she finally let me book it. Watched the cops arrive a minute later from a hiding spot, didn't come out til nightfall. Good times! Ha... yeah fucking right.

Fellas, ladies; *please, I beg you, don't ignore the red flags, the signs. The feeling in your gut, the danger animals sense in them.* People can not be saved, or fixed, unless it is of their own accord. Find someone who deserves you that isn't a multi year project; they're out there, I assure you.
Also, if you were born anywhere near the west coast, stay the fuuuuuck away from the south ahaha, excdt mayhe Austin and ocasdsionally ATL, otherwise... fuuuck em man, SO HAPPY TO BE BACK ON THE BEST COAST, after almost 4 years in that shithole part of the country... shit is damn near third world bro, no cap whatsoever.

best piano tutorial ever?!?! if you're having trouble with the left hand hum the bassline in your head first as you're memorizing/playing with your right. then when you learn right hand, instead of hum the bassline play it
