I personally dont like doing the barbell row, either on the bench (the bench gets in the way of the barbell's movement) or standing up (strains back). My personal favorite is doing them on the bench with dummbells.

Pulling up to your chest has a lot more engagement in the arms. Going to bell button is a lot more back and a good way to develop not only the lats but lower traps. I like them both well enough. Use depending upon your goal or preference.
This exercise looks great for building back strength. I can already feel it working just by watching the demo.

These are better because any higher and you start to use more arms than your back
Yeahhh mate. DBs really do help get that further contraction. And also is a little easier to set up.
Most gyms don’t have heavy enough dumbbells tho
I love this workout but only specific incline bench allow me to set up like that 😭😭
underhand grip is giving less range of motion, i prefer neutral grip or overhand
