From watching Parker as a high school kid mining with his grandpops. To now a young man with a great team digging millions out of the ground year after year makes me happy for him. Just goes to show you. A good family and good parenting produces priceless results.

The work ethic and dedication of people like Tyson, Mitch and Chris are the backbone of that operation.
The best thing Parker ever did as a 14 year old was to listen to his Grandpa and to stop trying to teach Todd Hoffman how to mine gold. You cant teach the ignorant, stubborn and lazy how to quit drinking beer and pick up a shovel.
Its great to see Parker lighten up a bit after a great week like that!

Chris Doumitt is the most trusted person on the mine site.
He’s the only one with the code to the gold safe. Not even Parker has it.

There is security and there are cameras everywhere where and production crew. That makes anyone trustworthy
I’m sure there’s armed security that tv isn’t showing. Otherwise some lowlifes would try to get to it. There are a lot of things we’re not seeing on all these mining sites. Definitely a lot more workers than are shown on the show

I love how when parker and mitch walk in the "gold room" at the end the narrator says they just got back from alaska and then mitch picks up a half drank beer like hes been in there all day already. Haha

Parker grew up, learned how to lead positively. It's always such a big difference from watching Todd & crew to watching Parker & crew. Parker learned from his grandfather and then Tony Beets taught Parker how to be better, more efficient. We've watched Parker go from a boy in HS to becoming a man, a responsible, hard working man. Good to see.
I think Todd would do better if he stopped following his emotions & ego. He was always jealous & angry that a kid was kicking his butt every season. He made a enemy out of Parker when he couldn't been humbled & Parker would've helped him.

I had 2 opportunities when I was 20 and 35 years old.
But I got to many pcs of Equipment and busy to go.
But I can relate to the all the nuts and bolts of everything.

Does anyone know what Parkers goal for the 2022 season is / was?? I'm from Germany and season 13 isn't available. I don't want to know to much, only what his goal was of the 2 projects is (i guess its 2 mines if I'm right). Does it go anywhere to 10,000oz or did he go a step back??

Here's what you can do you can hire another Foreman to go with you hire another person to go on or with you and make sure that you got the other wash plant set up for that other Foreman to run and it will help you along the way that that they will know where when the ball rolling that they didn't want to do when they going
If I got to 8-10million in the bank after paying the crew and all other costs and taxes. For sale, slightly used mining company equipment and trucks to buy to haul it out! And enjoy the hell out of each day with my family. Well, maybe not all of them 🤣🤣
or you can start a business. where a dozen men or women can work so that instead of supporting 1 family you support 10 families..

The misfits are experiencing on the job training on how to become successful miners. They are getting better at it with limited resources. I wish them big success in the future. This is what is known as “paying your dues”.

Probably around 30% if not more. The biggest thing is owning your own experiment and then it starts getting serious.
Parker did not buy a washer plant he rented it because the owner in the wash plant did not want to sell it he rented it but you get it right you rent your wash plant for $1 million

Dave Turnin says he's retiring from mining to go fishing and hunting lol obviously he must not of been a very sucessful miner because when your mining for a living in Alaska wilderness in a luxury RV your already retired and living the dream and making money at the same time but Im gonna miss Dave being on the show thats for sure

Fake, The show sprinkles gold into the ground, they bring in millions of dollars in machinery to find all that gold and the actors are all actually in a hollywood stage set.

Capital intensive business requires a lot of cash limiting what one can pay for labor.
However, given the fact that without the equipment you would not be able to mine much gold at all each year, the labor is more than happy to take the trade off.
Millions of dollars of gold mined sure beats hundreds of dollars.
