@@Ross-w2b They wish that they got a 10% bonus. I sincerely doubt that it would be that generous but I'm sure that whatever they get would be a significant amount. Keep in mind that they are working under extreme conditions and deserve whatever they reap at the end of the season.
They run multiple shifts and most of the crew isn't ever on camera. I've read $25-38 an hour or a daily flat rate, plus his main guys that are on camera make various amounts per episode.
