I feel like conserving meter in this game is super helpful especially for the single dash users, noticed myself sometimes that my dashes would be short or my meter didn't go down all the way and never understood why. Thanks for the great tip and love the gundam content(:
The upside to halfdashing as shaz is that you get your full dash back sooner, not that you still have a half meter to play with. Very good against barbatos if you also know to lower your shield for faster movespeed/fuel recovery (and there's not a snipe).

Yea, but they're MUCH shorter dashes. You won't be dipping out of a fight with this technique. But it can make you much harder to hit. I'm actually finding it really useful on single dash suits. For when you need to dip into nearby cover or reposition, but not blow your entire boost meter.
@@tinfoilmkiv8394 after practicing this movement tech on the practice range enough to use it mid fight, i can safely say that its really good for throwing people aim off especially when you're playing Barbatos.
Just wanna let you know that this tech actually works wonders on DOM.. Because he kinda "skates" around and carries momentum from his dashes, his half-dash actually goes farther than other units. Also aiming is not really required because splash damage lmao.

Always good to have more tricks in your bag. I'm actually finding it really useful on single dash suits. So you can get the quick movement and dip into cover or something without blowing the entire boost gauge.
this is something that gm sniper 2 could use it might tricker to use , since in the process you be use large chunk of the dash meter but if successful do the full dash trick with gm sniper 2 then yeah you can find away with the half dash as well
good to know there's a tech that only benefits guntank, adding the "mobile" in "mobile suit"
Also makes exia mains salivate at the thought of having more mobility option.

Just a heads up, it's even easier than that! Just press the opposite direction mid-dash and it'll pause your dash there :)
Dom Trooper utilizes this very good since he very glidey, it’s honestly feels like a normal dash every time you half dash
