  • Today I'll be joined by Ed Rodarmel of Omnia Methodist and Clayton Lassiter of City Lights Leadership. All three of us are Global Methodist clergy, generating content regularly for the edification of the church. The plan right now is that we discuss topics the audience brings. We'll see how well I manage this shindig. Should be fun. Join us!

I work for a public high school. Teachers would be dead set against teaching the Bible in public HS. Thus, only those for it would be the ones willing to teach it. Thus not too worried about atheist teachers teaching the Bible. (It is common knowledge for those of us in the profession that the Special Education teachers tend to be religious since only those types of people would be willing to be teachers for Special Education. In a similar manner I predict the same would occur for HS teachers teaching the Bible in public HS)

I agree that holiness needs substance (something that is lacking today) but I would caution that a problem with the Holiness Movement (such BT Roberts etc...) reduced Holiness to a list of do's and don'ts. Don't do this don't do that.... That's not Christianity, that's Judaism. Christianity says BE loving, BE forgiving, BE holy etc....
