I’m just getting started on my QuickBooks online training. I’m a mom, of 4 and a wife. I’m also a content creator based on inner growth. I’ve totally been watching your videos

Hi, Rachel, thank you so much for this playlist. I have questions after watching this one if you don't mind answering them.
    1. How do handle actual receipts? For example, if I use the company debit card to purchase gas for my car, I get a receipt. Do you handle that as an expense? And do you keep a copy of the receipt?
    2. How do you handle the different ways of receiving AP invoices and the multiple methods of paying them? This seems like a headache, especially if you do it for multiple clients. I ask because I was doing for ONE client and it was not fun. I switched to one method, which is paying bills by check via QBO. I feel like I save so much time.

Hi Rachel, you are awesome! I have been watching most of your videos and honestly I dont usually spend that much time to watch youtube videos, but you showed very honest and very detailed and realistic videos that I got so interested in learning and watched most of you videos now. I am a single parent with 2 kids, a receptionist/admin assistant full time and now taking evening school bus.management. we had modules of accounting and online quickbooks that I got interested in thinking of pursuing it to bookeeping after I graduate. Your videos actually made a big impact into my decisions to do bookeeping. But I want to kmow how are you doing right now? Is booking still what you do? I dont see anymore recent videos.

Great videos. Just wondering if you had any background in accounting, like a Bachelors degree, or if having a degree in accounting isn't necessary?

I have no educational background in accounting. I do have a bachelor's degree in mathematics, but no - a degree is not necessary to start a bookkeeping business :)

You make a video tutorial soon for I've been searching to know what the User interface of the screen for Account Payable Clark would look like.
I've been taking courses and I'm not getting it, so I picked up a lot on your video.
Thank you very much, I hope to get a remote job soon.

Hi! Question... If my client uses PropertyWare and I as the Bkker use QBO, do I just have to "learn" PW in order to to work with that client? As you can tell from my question, I'm new at this. Thank you!

I'm also very new at this, but my property management software (DoorLoop) integrates with QB so maybe that can be of some help

I am used to doing entries in canada. For US payables, do you have to split out any taxes listed on the invoice from the expense lines at all or is the total invoice being expensed?
