Festivals Acadiens et Créoles is a nonprofit corporation and free festival hosted in Lafayette, Louisiana that celebrates Cajun and Creole culture, showcasing aspects such as food, music, arts and crafts, performances and much more. Holbrook Multi Media, Inc. was hired to attend the festival and film the events, as well as create a video that fully encompasses the spirit of Festivals Acadiens et Créoles.
