That island reminds me of Taiwan. The song seems to be highlighting the Chinese culture and military presence in Taiwan during the KMT and Communist regimes. OR....... Is it more about the invasion of Ukraine by Russia?!
I believe that this is mostly a Ukrainian issue. Invaders who plundered your lands without compensation are the focus of this story.
The map of Taiwan I am seeing but yet it talked about Ukraine's intruders. But Chinese intruders are everywhere in Taiwan. I have no doubt that this has a bit of insiunation.
