Loved the view but 29 square meters is under 300 sq ft yikes! But the rooftop looks great. Good place for a younger investor to get their foot in the door .

Really? A great deal? You don’t know much about the area…. No protection bars on the doors and windows. Entire building accessible from the street level. Visitors/owners walking at night in this industrial area.

Having lived similar distance to a large airport, you will definitely be hearing it at all hours being that close.
