Eufy has done a lot of shady stuff and consistently lied about how they handle images/video captured by their devices without users knowledge or consent. Linus Tech Tips covered it quite a bit and refused to take sponsorship from them. No idea if things have changed but I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole. At the very least I'd strongly urge anyone considering buying anything from them to research it so they can make their own informed decision.

Try getting a large cardboard box from a water heater or similar. Cut the bottom flaps off. Put it over your head, so your feet sticks out, approach the security system with the box over you and notice how it completely fails to detect it.

You have a thumbturn on the inside of that lock right next to a small bit of glass on the door .. I would probably change that

AI would imply to me that it would recognize someone via facial recognition and automatically unlock. Is this really using AI or just a marketing person throwing around the latest buzz word?

I mean, if you like your camera footage being given to law enforcement without a warrant, being stored without encryption, or even on open AWS servers, then sure it’s the cameras are a great idea.
