    2) awareness of what is my reaction
    3) pause the reaction

We need to learn to be self-aware of four things: (1) Bodily sensations; (2) Feelings that sensations create; (3) Emotions that evoke feelings; and (4) Perception of the environment. Such awareness will enable us to choose the more appropriate response to the situation. Thank you, Swamiji, for teaching us about the importance of the witness consciousness or Sakshi Bhaav.

Probably need to keep up with feeding the mind and intellect with spiritual knowledge as well at the same time. Thanks so much for this message.

When we think that we are not the body, we are the soul and our only goal is to please God , all our problem will be solved. But in this material world it is very difficult to think and act like this. So another way to solve is to witness our mind, intellect and ego every moment. When we alert of our thoughts and emotions we can control it easily. Through continuous practice it can be possible to control our mind and emotional reactions.

Instead of reacting to situations from our lower nature, we should be aware of our emotions and disassociate from our thoughts. We don't have to accept our emotions that our mind creates. Sakshi bhav or witness consciousness is good tool to manage our emotions.

Have you ever been in a situation where something in your environment caused you to react emotionally, only to realize afterward that your reaction only made things worse? Swami Mukundananda explains the Amygdala hijack theory in his video and provides a powerful mind management technique to prevent this emotional roller coaster. By conquering our overthinking nature, we can avoid regretful reactions. Many thanks to Swami Ji for sharing this life-saving technique. Wishing you good health and blessings. Namaste.❤🙌🙏
