Chipsa is a good doomfist player. He just needs to work on is positioning, tracking, ult tracking, comboing, weaving in left clicks in combo, taking advantage of terrain, game sense, understanding of meta, playing around his team, landing ultimate, applying pressure on enemy team, getting picks, punishing bad positioning, engaging fights for his team, dealing damage, limit testing with his doom shields, and using right click to gain height if he wants to become better than ZBRA though.

I would say because Overwatch used to be more of an fps shooter game. It's slowly becoming a MOBA game. All the cc and stuns, game changed so much after Brig and Doom came in
