Hey everyone, Dylan here. I would love your feedback. Frame Set aims to be a source of inspiration to filmmakers and we plan to produce many more of these. If you have any suggestions, like who I should speak to next, just say so in the comments. ✨
This is my new favorite podcast man. Great episode and covers so many relevant and interesting topics: balancing directing vs DPing, grip/rigging, “binge mode” with editing 😂 Can’t wait for the next!
Karim is crazy he totally would carry all that gear up the stairs lol. I have worked with him on a few projects very talented dude. Loved that REI Spot it looked amazing BTW.
So inspiring - really insightful too. Thanks for sharing this. I’m a dp but I want to direct and I’m struggling with the decision. I genuinely like both. People say ‘stay in your lane’ but I want to do both. Some beautiful shots in that commercial!
love what you guys are doing! would love to hear perspectives from women + bipoc directors. advertising + filmmaking is a predominately white dominated industry and there'd be a lot of value hearing experiences from up n coming and/or established directors of minority
