I like your video because it has positive & negative aspects. Keep going 🥇. I also visited this sector and ek ek baat aapki sahi hai. Gaon se bahut ghira va hai yeh sector uski wajeh se aas pass ki gentry achi nahi hai aur parks toh naam ke hi hai.. bahut chote aur bekar... But rate bhi usi hisab se kam bhi hai compare to other sectors of Noida.

is sector k beech me se ek road ja raha jo FNG aur Gaon ko connect karega, is wajah se is sector me shaam k time bahut rush ho jata hai. ye is sector ka sabse bada negative point hai
