This is real SCAM from UP RERA and Yamuna Authority. Plot nikalta hai to maximum 12 months se jyada authority ko kyun chahiye jab poore paise le liya hai to. Aur yey plot actually milega kab, 10 saal mai, 15 saal mai. Yaa fir year 2009 allotees ki tarah bas intezaar hi karte rahenge.
yhan ab rate dhire dhire km honge ya ruk jayrnge, atleast for small size. bcoz end user afford nhi kr payega. aur investor etna amount lagayega nhi. Koi bhi investor es rate pe paisa tb lagata h jb 1-2 yr me proprty sahin proffit me end user ko bech paye, yhan tou already etna bda hua h. Dealers ne yhan ka market bekar kr diya, ab khud preshan hsin ki sale purchase nhi ho rhi. Last 1 yr n 3 months rate ya tou wahi hain, ya km huye hain
