The all new LVB bunk model floor plan is quite simply the most accommodating and luxurious family oriented motor coach ever built featuring 2 full baths. The master bath is highlighted by a massive 57 by 33 inch shower with integrated seat and directional wall jets. You will also find an abundant 56 inches of cedar lined wardrobe closet rod, a large sink and vanity area and an available stack washer and dryer. The second full bath features another very large 36 by 32 inch shower and it is just as beautifully appointed as the master. To ensure ample hot water and water pressure when using the showers simultaneously, the Realm LVB comes standard with an upgraded Headhunter Mach 5 water pump and 600 series Aqua Hot heating system.
The bunks in the LVB also far exceed the industry norm with individually controlled air conditioning for both the top and bottom bunks as well as individual cabinet spaces, storage cubbies, charging outlets, Premium brand headphones, Large LED TV’s, Blu-ray players, hard wood and self closing bunk doors unequaled by the industry in both aesthetics and safety accompanied by an integrated ladder and grab handle. The bunks also have a muli-plex system to control the night shade, the reading lights and indirect mood lighting system for each bunk. The system can also control the hallway lighting and the floor lighting for added comfort and security. The LVB also provides additional drawer space in the bunks a large chest of drawers and cedar lined hanging closet located in the rear galley can easily be converted to cabinet space if preferred.
The rest of the LVB floor plan leaves you wanting for nothing. From it’s spacious master bedroom with king sized bed and power lift LED TV to it’s massive kitchen with plenty of countertop space, large pantry area and plenty of over head cabinets.
Up front, the extendable seating is perfect for viewing the power drop down 50 inch TV. The second forward facing galley TV is especially useful while in transit. The spacious booth dinette comes equipped with integrated seatbelts and large storage drawers. One thing i always notice which? is that the steering wheel should be bigger 17inches ! not car size 13inchs. But apart from that! the coach is out standingly bueautiful ! i noticed trucks,buss & coachs inUK England had smaller steering wheels, since 2005? i ask my self why? it is aweful! big vechicles should have bigger steering wheels like the vechicle it self. i prefer it that way.

Never saw a toy hauler motorhome. Only have seen travel trailers...Cool if you need to haul toys.
