When the track is this grippy you don't need to brake, you can actually take the entire thing flat out. You just keep the power in and the kart will begin to rotate and then you counter-steer so you don't spin out or lose too much time.
@@BenjaminHamiltonRacing thanks , I'm 6ft 2 and I had them back when I first went but found i was always putting a tiny bit of pressure on the brake pedal so I think I'll try them forward today.
Are the karts slightly restricted for the public or have less grippy tyres cause I always think I’ve got the perfect lap and get a 48, probably just my driving😂
In the public sessions there is always less grip due to the karts not being driven as hard, they take a long time to heat up and if they don’t these tyres are not that fast

Do you recommend having pedals forward or back
It really depends on how tall you are but I have them forwards so that I can push them fully due to me being a bit small 😂
