Buppamen was doing so good early. But Double figured out the way he plays and adjusted quickly
I mean Steve cant do much anyway in Tekken 8, unless you're Heera Malik of course
@@hiraprxc what do ypu mean by that? Did he lose certain moves? I feel like Steve was so strong in tekken 8
@@gersoncastro3834 Not necessarily lose a move but he lacks a mid in the neutral. He's strong but he could be better if he got his old ch df2 and an option to cancel out of his new stance without duck cancelling. He's pretty much flawed, in a game he's either completely dominating or bullied.
@@hiraprxc gotchu, correct me if i'm wrong. So your'e saying that if the opponent has good defense Steve will have a hard time?
Yes and also a lot of his moves don't counter hit or tornado anymore search up steve nerfs and you will understand he was way stronger in T7 in T8 he is so weak@@gersoncastro3834
Buppamen Steve is so cool to watch character specalists for complex chars are always nice to see
Yeahhhh Buppamen got eaten lol
Steve Fox is a complex chapter?
@@Vlzz_7 Yes
@@jarvisacker4076I mean… it’s Double on Law afterall
This law player inspires me to do better with my law forreal.
R.i.p. Bruce Lee (also known)
Check out Lambkin for very solid advices and tech for Law
18:16 that comeback was not a joke brother
He knew double would challenge ws1,2. He threw b1 to assert the call. He just didnt expect a rage art. What followed was the highlight of the entire fight. I was so fkn shocked.
@@AerliozBuppamen did df1, not b1, probably trying to control the neutral game and avoid being duck punished because on the entire match, Double is so adamant on using ws1,2 or crouch mixups.
That Rage Art is a godly counterplay from Double.
@@fahrikaka the straight up mind games.
This is proof almost all charecters this year are extremely viable with correct punishment and spacing, but this fight was way more then that a lot of mind games were here and idk about anyone else but i absolutely got hit by the rage art.
18:16 amazing comeback i'm stunned Vive Double et Vive Law 🤩🤩🤩
felt him just standing in disbelief when he dropped the combo at 13:10 because the ub 2 combo route can be inconsistent as fuck
Steve needs buff -_-
0:19 this right here is why i love steve you get the back of the opponent and you will delete his life bar i love it when characters have special launchers that do massive dmg against back faced enemies like he or paul have.
that really insane 18:16
Steve needs a sever buff AND rework of some of his moves.
He's not high level material at all, and on top of that requires such precision to do below average damage...
Could play kuma instead but Steve is the only real boxer in tekken so yeah struggle is real for anyone who plays only boxer characters which is quite a few not like millions but a few thousand
Steve needs buffs. Far too often being ever so slightly off axis messes up duck in extenders and far too often in the corner does steve go ape shit around the map and end up back turned swinging at the crowd.
I say buffs but i ment FIXES
Did you not see law being off axis the whole game. Steve was rarely off axis. Not to mention steve has like 8 homing moves, better plus frames, range, and tracking all together.
Double is just a more skilled player, extremely more skilled. He's been #1 with law, since Tag2.
@@dontfall2476 if its really skill id recede. Might need more info. But no i noticed steve dropping the same muscle memory combo i miss with the same off axis opponent. Yes i obviously see that double is the better player. Im not saying the Steve should have won any of the rounds im noticing when the opponent is off acis during your combo most of the cast can still convert. Steve somehow has a hard time converting off axis opponent’s
13:11 here for example. Law goes off axis a bit. Steve makes the right read and gets a launch but because law is off axis steves duck in extender doesn’t connect. Dont see many other characters with this issue and duck in extenders are kinda bnb with steve combos for this to happen consistently. I thought it was skill issue when it happened to me but it also happening to high level play says otherwise
@@Taytexas
It's because they made everyone's hit box smaller, but didn't actually test everything to see if it made sense.
Law, for example has a bug, where you have to use 2 after ff4, during a juggle. If you don't, it'll drop regardless of how close you are.
Steve isn't the problem, it's the game's hitboxes they didn't actually test out thoroughly.
@@dontfall2476 good context for me as i am only familiar with steve atm. So a minor hit box fix while being juggled could fix this issue.
I felt it hard on steve as you have to play so perfect against good players to counter hit into your combos while other have launching strings. So those dropped axis combos be hurting my soul
It is soo personal now XD 11:13
13:31 just keeps going
This law🔥🔥🔥🔥🤝🏽
Thought shin blade is the #1 Steve
or lowhigh
This Law is the business
Jeet Kune Do vs Boxing
I think JDCR is better in Steve fox than BUPPAMEN
Nobi and shinblade look the best to me so far
he fists like a champion
Buoaamen pro gamer??
Law has a punch parry grab that works so well against Steve why didn’t he use it once??
He uses shoulder and lows a lot. It cannot be parried.
@@victorcalalang997 I’m not saying parry the lows or shoulders, Steve is a punch heavy character so parry the punches ???
@@AshyJ92 he can use punch parry all day long with no sucess. If steve is all sholders and lows.they know what theyre doing
These guys here are high level play,
This is my last reply. If you dont get the point go study how game mechanics work
@@AshyJ92as someone they mains both of them, using laws punch party is very risky against a Steve of this caliber. I wrong presumed opportunity to use it and it's lights out. Sometimes less is more
Any Law worth their salt that's not a freaking red rank knows not to spam the punch parries against a good Steve. Do your homework bro
Buppamen,doug,lowhigh,shiro got the best steves
Shinblade
@@edwardprather4840 yes ive forget to mention also taisei and yagami
Looks like Steve needs to learn the match up.
Looks like Law is brain dead character. Low risk high reward with no execution. Used to have low skill floor and high skill ceiling, but now he is just braindead
@sadpug9398 Not at all bro.
@@sadpug9398thats not true, there are players like you described and players like Lambkin and Double
2:10
Wow basic combo so cool
@@bioswat96 I’m still learning pal. Great to see this community is so welcoming. Prick.
@@bioswat96 please excuse this comment as it’s for my reference, it’s not here to impress, it’s here to expand my knowledge of the cast. However I’m glad to see toxic swine trash still carries on into T8. Thanks for the reminder bud. Peace
@@OldChanCharlie and you're playing law, you're not even a human at this point, you're literal excriment :)
@@OldChanCharlie >calls someone trash
>plays law
Lmao
Mashing steve
Desculpa dizer, mais vcs são ruim viu o cara de law quase nem bate
i can beat all these people i use the most effective moves and run with it
No you can't bro. These are the best players in the world PROS. Lol
