Quick question. You leather or plastic surface cleaners are NOT giving a shiny look, right? The whole idea should be restored to factory conditions and keep it that way as long as possible. Just wanted to confirm before checking out products.

I don't get the bucket wash. Why not just contact wash when you foamed it up the first time?

Foaming the car at the beginning serves to emulsify and remove any loose dirt or debris that is laying on the surface. Performing this step helps prevent scratching when performing the contact wash with the wash mitt. Thanks for the question!!!
